We have never had a bad experience here until tonight! our server Ms. Melody who worked on march 26, 2024 at 8:40pm. I have no idea if she was having a bad day or had too many tables to serve but she had a bad attitude. We went in for the BOGO night and got charged full price then when we asked for our celery and carrots she slammed them on the table, but then as we were sitting on our table she slammed the doors from the cupboard they have back there, that was close to our table. She also didn't get our order correctly and managed to blame it on us for not "specifying". We always treat our servers with respect all the time, especially because they are dealing with our food. Even when she got my order wrong I told her it was ok not to worry about it. Once we finished we still cleaned up after ourselves and gave her a pretty good tip. In the end, I hope that next time Ms. Melody is having a bad day not to take it out on customers who have nothing to do with whatever it is she's going through. Or maybe start looking for another job just saying.

I'm so over buffalo wild wings. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it didn't go well with my online order. I ordered lunch for my mom, myself and my brother. I specific how I wanted fries. I go to pick order up and I even asked employee if fries are what I requested and he said yes. I get home and they messed up our order. I wrote to buffalo wild wings, but I never got a response back. My mom and brother was unhappy with order. I'm not coming here again. Went to Monterey Park location.

Went here after a long day after work to have a drink and some dinner, the drink had no alcohol in it at all. I originally went to watch the fight but they didn’t even have it on. Then there was a hair in my brisket tacos. I was angry and disgusted. I told the waitress and she said the manager tried to bring more food for me. Already disgusted by the food I declined and asked for another drink instead to deal with the stress of finding someone’s hair in my food that I had already almost finished. The manager said that they wouldn’t be able to do that. Mind you the manager never even came to my table, she had the waitress come tell me. I don’t recommend this place, the food quality sucks and they’re unsanitary in the kitchen. I normally don’t do reviews like this but that just irked me that the manager didn’t want to make things right. Yeah she comped the food but that’s the bare minimum she could have done. I didn’t feel like she made that right. Don’t go here

The place always seems dirty. Even smells like a trash compactor at times. The floors seem like they're maintained once a day and that's at opening times. My son left his hat and sunglasses there. Went back about an hour later and his sunglasses mysteriously disappeared. SMH. The sunglasses were prescription for his condition and someone still stole them. Now, I only stop in to use the restroom.

This location was terrible, waited approximately around 45 min for our food just for it to arrive cold!! I would definitely not recommend anyone to visit this location. Manager Alex was very disrespectful as well even rolled his eyes when we told him about the situation. I’m honestly never the one to leave a review but in this instance it was so bad I just had to warn others.

Service used to be very good when they first opened, but has since gone downhill. Young employees can’t even serve me a beer because it takes away from their screen time, despite being asked politely. Men’s room is also mess riddled with graffiti. Have no choice but to reconsider my investment in this company in general, but in the meantime let’s just be clear that just this location alone is more liabilty than asset. Not worth visiting until the delusional Island Boyz mentality ends.
