This rating is because I was impressed by the service. As part of their COVID cleanliness procedure they also give you a bowls of hot water where you can rinse your cups and plates. All employees that serve food wear face shields and double masks, and one being a KN95. Lastly the food was good. They have a limited selection for Dim Sum. Not sure if this due to COVID or restaurant selection. But, the whole experience was a good one.

This place is sucked! The food was awful. We ordered a charcoaled pork. They said that they used the charcoal to fry it, but they lied, they just use oil to deep fry it. It tasted nasty, also order other two dish nasty too.

I do not know what happened after 2020 but, the food quality dropped. It is still a decent place to have Yumcha. Prices jumped up a bit too.

What's up: we came here hoping to experience their dim sum with outdoor dining, just to find out they opened back up for indoor dining. Parking: can be a bit difficult since parking is shared with all the other businesses nearby. The spots can also be a bit tight in some areas. Environment: once we walked in, we were shown to our table. The tables were spread out and the staff were wearing masks and gloves. Dim sum carts were pushed around and in minutes, we had hot food on the table. What was ordered: we got our basic dim sum favorites like shui mai, chicken feet, beef tendon, beef balls, and the sweet baos. Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. The food was good and the tables were fairly spaced out. There weren't as many dim sum choices available as the other places I've been to so they might be operating on a limited menu. Other than that, credit cards are accepted.

Foods always good, the service not so much. The guy servers get to busy turning over tables, then when you finally get someone they give the dirtiest look like getting some hot oil or chili sauce takes so much away from their service.

This is located in a plaza with a 99 Ranch market and other nick knack stores inside. The parking structure is not that big for a place that has a million restaurants, boba hang outs and some stores. They also have a Daiso in this plaza. The parking takes ages sometimes. I say the parking lot isn't big enough even though it's decent size because of all the stores and restaurants involved. They need to built like a bigger lot. They do have an underground lot but it's still not big enough lol! Before Covid 19, I came here sometimes when my parents didn't wanna go to our regular place for dim sum. It take me forever to drive around the lot to find parking. I would find myself coming an hour early sometimes just to find parking. (I hate waking up early on the weekends ugh) lol The wait for a seating in this restaurant can take forever but I'm lucky my dad knows the owner. We always get seated within 10-15 minutes. The food is decent here. I won't say it's like the best because I've had better. I still do like my regular here like chicken feet, shui mai, egg tarts, and some other dishes. I do recommend this dish call warm egg soup that's how it sounds like in Chinese. I can't think of the name in Chinese.... it's very delicious and it comes out hot of course. It's suppose to be a dessert type of dish but it's not that sweet which is good. I don't like my desserts super sweet. I knocked down 1 star for sometimes taking too long to bring me a glass of water. They forget sometimes about my water. I would ask like 2 different waiters for water, and both can forget sometimes. I like the tea but I need water too keep myself hydrated. I knocked down another star because they definitely can improve on being more consistent on their food tastes. Sometimes, the chicken feet can be a little overwhelming too eat meaning too salty. Many of their dishes depends on the cooks mood that day, I'm guessing haha! Otherwise, this place has a very fun and vibrant environment . It reminds me of dinning in China, as you can hear others talking to each other lol. It reminds me of dinning in China. You can hear other people's conversations sometimes cause everyone talks pretty loud. It might sound weird too you, but it brings me a little closer to home. In China, people love to talk to each other while eating a million dishes in the table. Hehehe!

Went to eat today. They have a tent for outdoor dining which I thought was great. But halfway through eating I can smell cigarettes smoke. I turn and see someone standing right next to the tent smoking and all the smoke gets blown into the tent. Asked the staff to ask them not to smoke there. They said they can't. This happened three times with three more people shooting next to the tent with smoke blowing into the tent. What kind of Covid social distancing is this when I can smell smoke. I will never ever in my entire life eat there again.

They waiters would gang on you and demand a tip if you forgot to tip them. Even if you barely ordered anything. They would also put tea on your table, which you would assume is free because it wasn't what you ordered, and then charge you for it. Horrible experience. My boyfriend and I even got food poisoning from there. The service was bad due to the lack of courtesy. 10/10 would never go there again.
