The reason for this 3 star review is because their spicy broth was just way too oily. It seems that they didn't stir the broth before putting it into our pot because it was just a thick layer of oil. I also think that paying $2 to get access to the sauce bar is pretty stupid to me. Their skewers are good though, especially their fish cake, fish ball, and the enoki mushrooms. There's not alot of variety here so I wish they had more items here. I ended up paying roughly around $120 dollars with tax and tip which is practically AYCE prices. I would MUCH rather go get AYCE than eat here.

This place is great with lots of food options and it's self serve so you can grab your own meats and veggies as you can choose whatever and how many you want. They offer alot of meats and veggies and well kept in fridges. Been going to this place and enjoy it, will return once again soon.

Walked in and wasn't explained in how to order or what options we had. We sat down and had no idea how to order. There are options such as "blue bowl" and "red tray" on their menu with no descriptions of what these items consisted of. We figured out what to do after seeing what other customers were doing. You have to do grab your own items out of their refrigerator and there was color labeled on the bowl in chinese, but we had to figure it out on our own. The skewers sticks were so long and pot was so shallow that everyone's chopsticks kept rearranging the sticks and it was hard to tell when things were fully cooked. Also, their skewers only consist of a single piece of vegetable or meat on it. At the end, we got the bill and were overcharged as much as 20 skewers over what we actually got and we were all charged $2 seasoning when none of us even got any sauces for our meat. Would not recommend and there are plenty of better hotpot options. Food was 7/10, but being overcharged 30% more than what we actually ate and hard to navigate menu was very upsetting.

They are all rich people, and the price per capita is 150 to eat this thing?

Our party was hungry and eager to eat hotpot and this place closes pretty late so it was a perfect option for us. I am pretty particular about my hotpot and my go to broths are mala and tomato. Even though we got the mild mala, it had a good amount of spice to it which was good. Tomato soup was balances of sour, sweet and salty. The service is a bit lacking since everything is selfserved. It was our first time here so we were not sure how things go. You basically get sat and the only thing the servers help you with is ordering the soups. Then you grab all your toppings, sauce, and drinks which are on the right side of the restaurant. You can also refill your own soup with the kettles that are near the sauce bar. The sauce bar was almost empty when we got there so you do kinda have to keep an eye out when the restock the toppings, sauces, and fruits and make a beeline for it. Each stick is a few cents but they do add up. Meat trays were understandably the more expensive options. They had so many different options and new things I got to try in hotpot like konjac jelly and beef intestine which were good. Spiced meats were so good in the soup! And I always get sweet potato mung bean noodles. I do wish they had more veggie options though. We were all so full and we thought we'd spend a good amount but it was only 70-80$ total for 4 people which is a steal since AYCE is normally 30$ per person. Would love to come back!

Really good tomato soup broth and yogurt drink. Hub loves my seasoning concoctions but I wished there were ponzu sauce. Interesting concept of picking your own meat and stuff. I love their scallops, shrimp raw balls and cilantro wrapped beef.

Came here with my mom and a friend for dinner. Acceptable price. Food was ok. Service was not great. The server was rude by saying "couldn't understand your Mandarin" in Mandarin. It's like he didn't truly care for customers. I personally would not come here again.
