But the glass water by itself was not so great to be honest.3 lemonade $7.50.Dinner combo was $16.95The food was was very good. I appreciate the service here.
It's a must try in the area hole in the wall way better than Kabuki this place is ??? definitely get you moneys worth a must try!!

The chefs treat their food with respect and love. I strongly suggest the cut rolls. They average about $6 and very filling. They do have specials each day of the week, so check them out!

I visited for an early weekday dinner. This place is fantastic. The chefs truly care about the quality of their food. This menu is very large, and offers a wide variety of items from cut and hand roll, sashimi, ramen, chicken and beef. I've been here twice and I will definitely return again. This restaurant is small, but its worth it. Service is fantastic. The wait staff is always attentive to refilling your drink, or moving your plates. The quality of food is top notch. I absolutely recommend you visit.

I come often for the $1 salmon sashimi Mondays and $14.99 unagi-don lunch special. I’ve had other items on the menu and their sushi is solid.There’s a lot of tables inside and usually no wait, but I’ve only gone during lunch time so I don’t know how dinner is.

Ate there for about 2 hrs and the whole time we were not served water. Sushi is subpar. There were some items that were better than others but both my husband and I had to use the toilet a lot afterwards. Would not go back or recommend to others.

Best sushi in Monterey Park! My partner and I have been coming here since 2019.I recommend salmon tempura roll, Monterey Park roll (my favorite! It's a party in your mouth), caterpillar roll and hungry roll. Friendly staff amazing food. Also, if you check in on Yelp, you get free ice cream!Vegetarian options: Edamame, veggie tempura, roll with veggies, miso soup.

Refused to refund me after I waited 30 min for my order, when the app said the order was already complete. I didn't want to wait for sloppy, hastily prepared food and my blood sugar was low... I equested a refund twice and then the food magically appeared. The salad was miniscule and the lid wasn't even on the dish. Tasted AWFUL.Do NOT trust bought reviews from bots from this restaurant. Not worth the time, money, or mess since it spilled everywhere without a lid on ..

I had the biggest craving for some sushi for dinner and I this place hit the spot! I had the Monterey Park Roll with some hot tea on a rainy day and it was everything I needed. The staff was super friendly and attentive.

Came in on a Tuesday (01/10/2023), the hostess/server was super awkward. She was sweet though I won't elaborate. I was the only diner there and I ordered the Tuesday special and a cucumber skin roll for lunch. Tuna $2/ Toro $4 The tuna was pretty fishy but the toro was pretty good! The cuts were okay and I felt like it was a more rice to fish ratio. The Cucumber Skin Roll This was okay, it had a variety of fish including avocado and imitation crab inside for filling topped off with some ponzu sauce I think. The cucumber itself was pretty bitter. I also got free matcha ice cream along with my meal so definitely no complaints there! It was a good quick meal stop but idk if I would frequent the establishment. Maybe if one of my friends want to stop by maybe I'll join them. I thought I saved the pics and videos but I guess I didn't..):
