I've tried giving this place a second chance since I went there when they first opened, the tea tasted water down and I thought maybe because the staffs were new and under training. So I went back again recently and ordered the rose oolong tea with aloe jelly. I cannot taste the tea or the rose and moreover, their aloe jelly tasted mooshy, like if it's gone bad. I don't foresee myself returning to this place.

Dragonfruit tea hit the spot! A bit sterile inside, they're going for the modern look.
If the review was solely about drinks, then I'd give it a 5 star. The ambiance is nice and relaxing. However, the parking lot in the back gets pretty dark after 5:30. However, please fix your kiosk system. There was a service fee on top of 10.25% tax for ordering the drinks yourself on the machine. Do better. Don't treat your loyal customers like garbage. It was extremely disappointing when I had to get told by your staff that they won't be able to refund the drinks.I was never taxed when I order directly from your cashier... and I had to pay a service fee for ordering myself. I was extremely disappointed.

I wanted double cheese foam and Feng Cha delivered! This quaint little shop has fantastic accessibility, due to their ease of parking and dual entrances through the front of the store or the back of the store.It also has great and attentive employees that took the time to answer to any questions I had.I wanted just a cup full of cheese foam, but I wasn't able to get that, so I went for the closest approximation: a milk tea with no ice, 100% sweetness, and double cheese foam (they do charge extra for it). The drink was great, then I was able to hang out for a bit in one of the available tables. The restrooms were clean and well kept and the whole store had a great overall vibe.

Drinks are good here!! Sweetness levels are accurate, boba is slightly sweet and chewy. Milk by default is Lactaid. Oat milk option available! Always somewhat crowded, but drinks are made very quickly despite the 2 kiosk holdup. WiFi available, no outlets, 6 tables of 4. Easy to park, plenty of street parking.

Sorry no cash, ONLY CARD. Such a cute and intimate place, this place is such a great spot to study. There are about 5 tables that fit in a group of 4 chairs. They have such a cute mini lounge seating area if you're here just to pick up your drink and leave.Parking: There's lot of room in the a back parking lot near the home side streets. Place is in the non busy part of Monterey Park. Summer Melon (Less Ice, 50% sweet): Basically tasted like watermelon juice. Some bits of watermelon here and there. Would recommend 50% for my boba drinkers that like their drink with average sweetness.Kiwi Basil Green Tea (Less Ice, 75% sweet): This is such a fun summer drink if you want to switch up drinking boba for a healthier alternative of basil seeds. There wasn't any Kiwi bits that I noticed but personally for me it was more refreshing than the summer melon.
Grabbed an osmanthus milk tea with 25% sweetness. Tastes great and not overly sweet.
