Ordered online and came to pick-up, no one's at the register lol. It was on a Sunday, and I was surprised no one was there (perhaps ELAC students were not currently in school). The wings itself are not bad, it's just a little dry but otherwise I thought the buffalo sauce was great. All in awe, decent place to grab wings.

My daughter does not like it but she is one word. CRAZY! The fries are tender, I recommend! The wings are delicious but messy. Very good!! Get it yourself, you won't be disappointed.

Dear fellow business owner,I wanted to reach out and share my recent experience at your restaurant. I visited for the first time and tried your wings, and I must say, they were delicious! However, there was one aspect of my visit that left me slightly offended and I wanted to bring it to your attention.During my transaction, I used a debit card on my phone to make a payment of $20. The person at the counter asked me for my ID, and this took me by surprise. As a fellow business owner, I understand the importance of protecting against fraud and ensuring the security of transactions. Saw the previous reviews and since I have ordered from there four times, I recommend that you place your order online for pickup because if your wings were cold, you should order them "extra crispy" so that they are cooked longer. Also, as far as the beverage selection, since they don't have the Designer Coke dispenser like Jack In The Box or Five Guys, you're stuck with Pepsi products but at least they have Diet Dr. Pepper...However, every time I have gone in there, the restrooms were closed and I was told to go to the Starbucks across the parking lot if I had to use the bathroom. Aren't all eating establishments supposed to provide a restroom for their paying customers? Anyway, if you're complaining that the food has no flavor, try one or two of the 20 seasonings they have to offer. In addition, I got a good portion of the garlic noodles and they are a change of pace from the usual French fries. The veggie sticks were freshly cut and not pre-fabricated. Hope they stick around Monterey Park and more importantly, I hope they fix their restroom issues soon.

I had Fire Wings delivered to my house. I ordered 20 wings but received 17 normal sized wings and 3 that were much smaller. (Refer to photos) I don’t think they should be adding pieces that aren’t the same size as the rest because why am I going to take the hit when I paid for 20 full sized wings. On top of that I ordered the hot chicken fries which I didn’t even get to eat because upon first glance there was a long black hair sticking right out of the breading of one of the tenders. The hair was literally breaded with the tender, I don’t know how they could have missed that. $50 for small wings and fries with hair is a let down.
Terrible costumer service ,terrible wings ,save your money from this wannabe Wingstop that's charges 8 bucks for a cup of soda not allowing refills, ridiculous. Even the young Asian lady working here agreed that the prices where outrages , would not recommend for anyone save your time.

Food is delicious here. The wings are definitely on the pricey side but on Monday-Wednesday the wing deals put it at a really good price. I love that they have lots of wing flavors, however I really wish they would let you choose more than 1 flavor per 10 wings. So far all of the flavors I've tried have been really tasty: Peking, lemon pepper, peanut butter, and I believe it was called dragon? Nice unique flavors that aren't too intense. The garlic fries were pretty good and the buffalo fries were reallly yummy. The regular loaded fries are a pretty good deal. Overall I would totally recommend this place! and I'm hoping in the near future we can try more flavors per order lol
