Food is ok but I feel like they are taking advantage of takeouts. When I called to place the orders, they told me each orders had to have minimum of 5 items, ok, not a problem. But, when I picked up my order and opened at home, there were only 3 items in one of the order, I couldn't find any traces of the other 2 items! It was almost 8pm and they closed at 8 so I didn't bother to go back but I'm not ordering from them again

I ordered the beef dry pot & lamb dry pot medium spicy and added rice. I prefer the beef over the lamb but both were delicious. They were both spicy and flavorful. There were beansprouts, celery, potatoes and other veggies included. Everything worked well together and it was very satisfying. The portions are pretty big, my husband and I could have just shared one dish. Overall loved the flavor and will definitely be ordering from here again!

I was in the mood for H.O.T. Spicy Kitchen and decided to give this place a try. Recently just opened a few weeks ago.

[Originally posted on yelp on 3/14/2019]This place serves ma ra tang (= small individual hot pot but no fire and with everything already cooked). For the soup base, we ordered the spicy bone and the Beijing Ma Ra Tang. Both were good but the Beijing one was definitely more unique - it wasn't as soupy as the other options. It's more similar to dry pot and the food were dipped in flavorful peanut sauce. 6~7 items would probably be enough for one person.Seems a bit understaffed tho - we waited for half an hour for the food, and there's only one server while there were 6 groups of customers. Yet she's friendly and patiently explained the difference in each soup base to us. Parking was easy to find in the plaza.

This place definitely satisfied my spice cravings! I was on the hunt for somewhere spicy enough to satisfy my high spice tolerance and this place hit the spot. We ordered: Chengdu Ma Ra Tang: Crazy HotPork Intestines Dry Pot: SpicySpicy Gizzard Appetizer All three dishes were absolutely amazing! The Chengdu ma ra tang was spicy but enough for me to handle. We ordered the tripe, intestines, quail egg, beef, and fried tofu in it and I was happy with what I got.The pork intestine dry pot was so juicy and flavorful! It had a good amount of spice and the intestine had a different type of gamey flavor that was different from the usual gamey flavor that I usually don't like. There was something different but it tasted so good. The spicy gizzard was chewy and delicious! The spice okay in this one, probably could've been more but the flavor was great. Also, just a side note, they ran out of plum juice when I was there.Overall this place is a great spot for anyone craving something spicy and delicious! Extra hot is pretty spicy for a normal spice tolerance level but for me it was just perfect and manageable. I highly recommend it. Being able to customize your own pot is also a plus!

The traditional ethnic mad spicy soup makes my lips gums and tip of my tongue tingle Choose five items to go in your soup and choose the spicy it's kind of expensive it's imported $15 bucks For a big bowl that could feed two I chose beef enoki mushroom wood ear fungus crab stick and corn The soup is very stimulating it's called MA LA (mad spice)

It was good. Liked the spicy and sour vermicelli and ma la tang. Both were tasty. The food leans more towards the spicy side.

Love the option to choose my ingredients, broth, and spice level. I keep coming back. They have many options even for those not ready for very spicy.

I ordered a 金湯 which is a soup base that they claimed it's sour. It's a take home order Ann's when I got home and eat it, it's not even sour but VERY VERY SPICY. Without expecting its spicy, i would say it's a level 8 spiciness. Guys don't go there cuz they don't even know what they are serving.

A small place with a menu which may be intimidating (you order items in a dish ala carte) That said, the food is amazing, and our personal favorite dinner spot in the area! Very reasonably priced, especially if you mainly pick vegetarian items like we do. Could not recommend enough, order the original bone broth, pick your 5 (or six) items, and enjoy!

Food is good, but they will charge you extra for using credit card unless you meet their $25 minimum purchase. From what I recall, credit card companies allow merchants to require a $10 minimum purchase. $25 is just too much. This is the major reason that I don't go there as often. They could be losing some business for that 2-3% credit card fee

I don’t recommend. Food is not that good.

My friends wanted to come here for dinner... and honestly I was a little intimidated. I am not the best when it comes to spicy.. my stomach is very fickle and I was scared it was going to flip out on me after I ate here. But, not wanting to be a Debbie downer, I braved it out and gave this place a shot.
