For me this is the best Chinese (specifically Sichuan?) in LA. If you can get them to make the plum juice do it- everything on the menu delicious.

It's really a great restaurant. It's not very big. The decoration is very elegant and the atmosphere is very good. After tasting their taste, I feel that the taste that I lacked in the past has been satisfied. The taste is very delicate and long. The more I taste, the more delicious it is. The key is that the price is still very affordable. Crab fried rice cakes, crab steamed eggs, curry shrimp are especially recommended. It's a pity that hionly cooks dinner.

This place is so goooood! Very glad they have reopened after being closed for a year and a half due to the pandemic. It's conveniently located right off the freeway with plenty of (free) parking! top faves - the braised beef, its not spicy or what you would expect for sichuan food, but it's very comforting, tender, and super delicious! we get this for the kids, since it's not spicy at all, but seriously so good and the adults love it. everyone who has tried it with us has been like WOW HOW IS THE BEEF SO TENDER curry shrimp - spicy, really flavorful, beautifully cooked shrimp. quite a kick!! pork jowl - again, not spicy, we get it for the kids... but it's so juicy and so tender... I get jealous lol. drunken shrimp - imagine a ceviche, instead of citrus juice, the shrimp is marinaded in wine! mildly spicy. very tasty crab - it's like their mascot... signature.. dish... you have to try it at least once!

Thankfully my favorite Chinese restaurant in all of the US has re-opened! I guess they were doing deliveries for groups during Covid but I just spoke with them and they'll be open for business next week! If you've never been here I highly urge you to go. Super menu, fantastic people- very hip, very cool- very very yummy.

We came here on New Years Day and were expecting a long wait but to our surprise we only had to wait 20 minutes. If there's a wait they make you order before you're seated so that by the time you're seated the food is pretty much ready.

Honestly thought this was a hot pot place at first just looking at the name. Anyways although I love spicy food, I admit Szechuan is not my normal food choice. I don't see very many of them either even in the 626 so it's nice to see a successful one! Not an expert, but the menu and the food we ordered seemed pretty traditional. The peppercorn and dried peppers were all there in the dishes. It was spicy, but wasn't unbearable (although I have a pretty high tolerance). The menu had a LARGE variety, some choices which may be more for the adventurous person than myself. Although I would not be afraid to try... I appreciate the ambiance this place aims for. Parking may be difficult to find during weekend hours.

This spot is my favored. I eat in a lot of restaurants but to this one I keep coming back again and again. The stuff is very warm and the cooking they offer is so good. I never decline to have a nice dinner in this place. Highly recommended.
