A terrible place with expensive food. I ordered the pork and bamboo. Bunch of bamboo with a little bit pork. I paid $17 for that stupid bamboo. I felt myself is so foolish.

Hard to believe a new Chinese restaurant opening up during the pandemic. Hong's Cuisine has a compact but eclectic menu ranging from sea cucumber dishes to pork chop rice and beef noodle soup, to spicy chicken drypot and potatoes with beef. However the attraction to me were the fish dumplings--regular fish dumplings and something I've never seen before, croaker dumplings. And you can buy dumplings frozen in bags of 50.
