The 24-hr boiled Tonkotsu broth is very thick and filling, rich in protein and collagen. The braised egg is wine-flavored. The ramen is al dente chewy. The seating area is simple and spacious. Plenty of parking.

Food arrived ice cold, with a long thick hair under my poached egg. Seemed like old food. Will not purchase again. Disgusting.

You guys must try this tonkotsu Ramen, it's delicious. Although the restaurant is located in the Chinatown, the ramen in the restaurant is as good as the one you have to get stuck in traffic to go to Little Tokyo.

Excellent ramen. Thick noodles. Rich broth. Nice egg. Very casual place. You order at counter and they bring you the food.

The tonkotsu ramen was delicious. The broth was flavorful, the chasui was meaty but tender, and the egg yolk was perfectly jamy.It was hard to have a conversation due to bad acoustics and the music played very loud.

I found this restaurant to be unremarkable. On a Saturday, I was the only person inside. They have a service charge of 11%. Interior is nice and modern. However, I would say the prices are a bit high considering how thin and small their pork buns were. $7 for pork buns I can finish in two bites. Their ramen has a smooth taste but even after adding garlic and spicy sauce, it was difficult to find the flavor. Overall, not good or bad. Just … bland.

This place has the best ramen I've had so far. A bit pricey with the 11% gratuity added but it's worth it. Had the tonkotsu for which totaled 20$.The free cucumber/watermelon water is a nice touch.

After order, I was told that they will put service charge in the order. What?! I thought I'm the one decide the service charge instead of being pushed for the tip.Btw, bad rice, the pork dice is over salty, chashu proceeded greased. And you are getting your stuffs all by yourself.I'd skip this place until I feel I have too much money to spend nonsensely.

I asked for a ramen and it was ok. The only issue is I said no spicy at all, and it was spicy. I had to take to home to share with my family because the waitress never came to our table after multiple attempts to be attended. My son said his ramen was almost empty, like a broth some noodles and the egg. More broth than everything. Mine was good honestly but I’m allergic to spicy food. Service is really poor but product is good, specially the pina colada.

Both my noodles and my coworkers noodles were undercooked. Never had that experience at the orange county locations. There’s also a charge of 11% service fee added in for the employees health benefits. There’s a sign saying it’s optional to remove but these fees are getting out of hand. Before this, 8% was probably the highest i’ve seen.

coming in, i didn’t expect it to be so small. staff was welcoming and gave us enough time to order. their watermelon water was surprisingly tasty. it’s simply water, but you can taste the hint of watermelon in is. i tried the curry rice and it was so yummy. you can add pork cutlets for an extra price, but i knew if i had it i wouldn’t be able to finish my dish.
