This take out place has huge potential to grow. Ordered the pork belly rice box and it was ono. Like that onions and bell peppers were stir-fried with the pork belly sauce and poured over white rice. Really added great flavor to this dish. Also like the kim chee in separate container so uneated portion can be refrigerated. Love Kim chee and theirs were just right not too spicy. Its a shame their hours are limited but all the reason to stop by when they are open. Will be returning to try the other Korean dishes.

Delicious Korean cravings filled. I've been looking for a good quick lunch spot near my work and this definitely hits the spot. Thoroughly looked through the existing reviews and through the website to see what's the best and ended up getting the Manduyo Special which is their signature meat--appears to be large grounded bits of beef, pork, cage free scrambled eggs, green onion, fried onion or scallions, sesame seeds, and Kim chi raddish over white rice with a house mango mayo sauce drizzled on top. It was really tasty and fresh. The egg was actually really fluffy and soft, one of the highlights of this bowl for sure. If you aren't sure what's inside each bowl, I recommend going to their website for the full menu and descriptions. I called in around 10:50 am and ordered over the phone (they open at 11 am). Quick in and out, which is perfect for me. FOOD PORTION: it's pretty generous. Ate about half and I'm stuffed. It's a two mealer. PRICE: price was higher than I expected but since the portion is pretty generous, you could have two meals out of one. I would have been paying less for a smaller portion. INSIDE: not the biggest spot, it's more of a takeout vibe. PARKING: plenty available in the lot that is shared by the plaza. Would I return? Yes, definitely. I'm going to try the hot and sweet pork belly next! Support small businesses!

Love this place, but they're only open for lunch hours Tuesday- Friday, and their San Gabriel location had a completely different menu, or lack there of, from the Monterey Park location. They should offer the same menu. They would get 5 stars from me if they did.

Taking over Jichan's onigiri, expectations are high here. And they do not disappoint. I find myself going getting the fanastic pork belly box: super porky meat with a hint of sweetness on a bed of warm fluffy rice, served with leafy salad (optional dressing on the side) and a small tub of roasted, tangy kimchi. Even though it's a pretty heavy meal, it doesn't come off feeling greasy. Their spicy pork frozen mandu also doesn't disappoint: follow the instructions to cook. If done right via the pan fry route, you'll get a nice crispy bottom from the mandu wrap that holds savory pork juice with a small burst of sweetness from the filling inside. By itself it lends itself to the sweet side, but add a touch of your favorite chili oil and you'll only enhance the experience.

Omg!!! Let me start with that. Where has this gem been. I was on Uber eats searching what to eat today. This little gem popped up. I decided to give it a try and boy it did not disappoint. I think I found my new lunch spot. I live locally. The portions are great, food is flavorful, and I also ordered the coffee!!! I will definitely let my co-workers and colleagues know about this gem. I wish I took a picture of the food before I devoured it haha.Packaging is also super cute and cheerful!

Stopped by this place for lunch as it has been in my radar for a while. I ordered the hot and sweet pork belly bowl. Not only was it so good but the portion is pretty big. The pictures don't do it justice. I was on the verge of ordering the box portion and thank god I didn't. Pork belly was tender and the sauce was a nice balance of sweet and slight heat. The ice coffee is also great! They are only open a few hours but it you can make it, I recommend trying it out!

I've been wanting to try your food, but your limited hours prevent me from doing so.

I'm a 3rd party delivery driver, and I pick up from here every now and then. I had to stop by for myself one day, and it was beyond what I expected.
