I had it once many years ago and it was still fresh in my memory. I was lucky enough to come to San Jose again and wanted to review their dim sum again. The result is still very high quality??Parking: For mid-week lunch, the restaurant has plenty of free parking spaces. It is said that business is booming on weekends, so if you like, you can go early to avoid queuing and there will be parking spaces.

I bought half a green onion and ginger chicken worth $12, half a soy sauce chicken worth $12, and half a pound of sausage from the takeout department of this restaurant for $5. Since I didn’t bring cash, I was asked to pay with a credit card at the dine-in counter. When I When I paid with a credit card, the price of two half-chickens increased to $14.99 (before tax). The price of sausages remained unchanged. When I asked the staff, I was told that the system had been set up and could not be changed. There was no way, because the chicken It has already been chopped, and I am embarrassed to say no, but why are you guys from the same store with different prices? It doesn’t make sense for the same store to use two systems, right? Will the unit price of the food increase because I paid with a credit card? The more I think about it, the less I understand it. Attached is the receipt for everyone to comment on!

I have dined here many times with my family and friends, and the overall experience is okay. But on the third night of the Lunar New Year this year, the feeling of having a dinner here again with my family and friends was shocking - first of all, the dishes were either tasteless or too salty, which was very substandard. I wonder if the chef had changed? Secondly, the service quality of the waiter was very poor. When we reported to him that the dish did not taste like what we had tasted before, the waiter's answer was that if it is not flavorful enough, you can add some salt. At this point I really thought we were at a vegetable market rather than a restaurant... Very bad, very bad, very bad!

This place always have bad customers services…My family like sam woo here; not me. I had bad experiences with old butchers that not happy with his job every time I visits. That reminds me of my dad always in a bad mood…Glad there’re new staffs, but same grumpy attitude.Butcher didn’t give me a HEAD of whole roast duck that I paid for. I came back to tell him & he denied it. It’s not worth of my time arguing for something that’s ridiculous. I called on phone & asked why head of my WHOLE duck not included? Staff told me that I should have asked for it. Manager told me to come back to get it. LOL ! Waste my time, gas, mileage for a HEAD less than a buck! 5 stars for my family & karma…

Probably the best roasted duck and roasted pork you will find in town. A must try.The deli counter is consistently busy, so they’ve got to be doing something right.

The deli counter is always packed here, and for good reason. The barbeque is unbeatable... excellent roast pork, duck and BBQ pork. Other items are available from their menu and their prices are reasonable. Service is fine, but slow. Cash only.

Food is good, we ordered a plate of roast pork from the deli. It was perfectly crisp. Bill came out to be $102 for 4 adults and 1 child (ouch!). They charged $1.95 tea service per person and the child was included ( no tea charge for children at other restaurants). Best be careful in what you order. Each plate will be $5 or more and others start at $10 and up. In all, we ordered 6 dim sum dishes with roast pork , a hotpot of tripe, and a regular order of beef chow fun. We couldnot eat the bbq beef pie pastry (orange pastry innn no photo) it had the texture of flaky dough with a lard binder. We tried to it bring up with the staff but they either didn’t understand or just ignored my comments. We left it un eaten after the first bite. A waste of $5.
