Came here twice in a row and I have 0 complaints. Food is delicious and service is always friendly. Our go-to is the Hawaiian bbq mix plate but we also like to sub the chicken out for katsu from time to time. We also like to sub the rice with Mac and they never have any issues with that. Love how customizable everything is. Haven't had a chance to utilize their drive-thru but it's a great option if you just don't feel like stepping out of the car.

I don't know why people are so harsh when rating quick service or fast casual chain restaurants, even reading some of these reviews, there are 3 or 4 stars for no complaints! The few times I've been here, I've been impressed with their customer service, cleanliness, and most importantly taste of food! As a Hawaii local, I'm super critical of anything labeled "Hawaiian." Ono doesn't try to pass anything off as authentic or culturally appropriate any Hawaiian culture, they just make solid BBQ. The Hawaiian BBQ mix comes with BBQ beef, chicken, and kalbi with a scoop or rice and Mac salad. I definitely think this'll feed two people. If there was a way to make this place better, it's to put more than one strip of kalbi in the mix and to lessen the bed of cabbage. I'm not sure if it's meant to make the plate look more full or meant as a side, but it catches all the bbq drippings, so I'd prefer not to eat the grease. Highly recommend this location.

DO NOT EAT HERE!! After a few bites from the Hawaiian chicken, I noticed it was raw!! Looks like this isn't the first time and multiple people have reported this. So don't waste your time and money here

This location is fairly new. The furniture already has damage to the seating. The food was correct and hot. Very delicious and the service was quick and rapid upon ordering. This location has exceeded my expectations from a prior disapproval. I like the seating just really cold with the AC blasting especially when it was pouring out. I will return with good expectations for a good meal once I return again.

Food is great, large portions. My husband and split a 2item plate plus an order of musubi. The cooks can only cook so fast, plus they have a drive thru to handle. Be patient everyone!
