It is a small and chill place for good drinks and study. I came to have study time with my friends and it helps with the semi-quiet environment with chill music at the background. The drinks looks lovly and taste like what you would get (great). I got the honeydew milk tea, and it tastes great for sweet tooth customers.

Honestly I really love coming here. I always end up getting Thai tea. I think the food in the service are fine. Nothing wrong with it. The boba staff is actually pretty nice. If anything I just kind of wish they took reusable cups. Their couches are so comfortable. Other than that it's a pretty good spot and they offer wifi. Just gets kinda crowdedDietary restrictions: They have oat milk but I'm pretty sure the Base isn't even dairy other than the Vietnamese coffee

I have been here a couple of times and their teas have been good. The staff is nice and helpful. The location has seats inside and a parking lot outside. Music in the background, it's a good place to go with friends. I love their hours because not many local tea places are open late!

Hi I just visited your store for your advertised happy hour, I asked the cashier if the happy hour discount was included and it wasn’t, then they had me wait 15 minutes for my drinks while other Asian customers were being helped afterwards and got their orders before more me. This is unfortunate because I frequent this location so many times and it was just disappointing to be treated that way by the staff and they just laugh it off and say oh sorry thank thank you. Like yeah, what a way to make a customer want to come back when you treat your own community better than those coming out of their own to support your business.

Great Boba spot. The variety will satisfy everyone in your group, even the non-boba lovers. There's room to study (they even have a printer for customers to use) or hang out. Staff is very friendly. Our favorites are the Hawaiian fruit green tea and the strawberry Yakult.

Girlfriend ordered us some boba and as I’m drinking it I get a special suprise in my mouth, A roach. We reached out to them to address this and get a refund but were told the manager wasn’t in and he’d call us right back. Welp… that never happened.

I really love this place. We come here to hang out after eating lunch in the nearby areas.Service is awesome. I always order the mango stormy and that is always good. I wish they had a branch in the SFV.
Their boba here is pretty good and they have a variety of drinks to choose from. I feel like they have days where their boba pearls are really good and then some days they're just okay. I do like that they have BOGO 50% off from Monday to Friday's from 2-5 PM. Their service recently has been good the last couple times I have gone (mostly in the daytime when there isn't anyone/it's slow). When I used to come on weekend nights, it would sometimes take 20 minutes to make a boba milk tea. I understand that there are people before me but the girl workers were just standing around and taking their time with everything while everyone was waiting.I do often see people coming here to study, work, or just hang out. I would not recommend coming here (especially on a weekend) to study or work if you like peace and quiet. It can definitely get loud when bigger groups of people come. It's more of a hang out spot on the weekends/night time.

I’ll get straight to the point, the drinks were amazing, the cups seemed well made but the reason I’m giving a one star review is because I THREW UP THE DRINKS IN THE MORNING!! It was a horrible, horrible experience and I suggest the staff check if their ingredients were expired, because I don’t want this to happen to customers. !!Take caution!!

I ordered oolong milk tea with boba, 70% sweet, slight ice.In my opinion:-- It was still too sweet-- It only had a whiff of oolong flavor and mostly tasted like watered down tea-- The boba was sweet, but a bit to soft, didn't have much of a biteNo bathroom.Only one size.The price is lower than most other places, but you get what you pay for. The search for the perfect boba drink continues...
