Raising Cane's desperately needs either yellow chili peppers or jalapeños. That awful Louisiana hot sauce is way too salty, and the flavor doesn't go well with the food available, there.

They messed up on my order and I didn't notice it until I was home. They were kind enough to comp the next meal. But honestly, not worth it.
The sauce is amazing and the service people were efficient and provided strong customer service.

This not the first occurrence where I’ve had to return my food due to a fragrant BURNT OIL taste and SMELL. When speaking with the crew members, their response is that they are in the process of changing their oil. However, the time wasted in the long Drive-Thru lines is not worth giving this place any more chances.At this point, this is unacceptable given the increased price that a box combo will run you.When I contacted HI-CANES, their response was they would forward this complaint. It’s unfortunate that I have to stop going to one of my favorite places due to the disgusting oil used. I wouldn’t recommend coming here anymore.
