I can't believe this amazing restaurant only has three stars! It serves up the authentic taste of Shenyang, with incredibly tasty meat and outstanding service. My best friend comes here religiously every month and recommended it to me. It's definitely a must-visit spot in Los

Their food is delicious, and the yogurt is particularly delicious. but! ! !I have a bank card that I never use because I usually use credit cards. I just didn’t bring it with me on March 8th and I used it once to check out at this place. I've only used it once in half a year since I opened the card. Then it was recently stolen. I also hope that your waiter did not do it, but I still remind everyone who comes to eat here to pay more attention.

After eating at this restaurant, I ended up crying from disappointment when I got home. This is not clickbait; I genuinely cried. Upon arrival, I found that the only seasonings provided were sesame sauce, flavorless chili powder, the most basic soy sauce, and vinegar meant for cooking. If you like sesame sauce, then ignore my complaint, but the chili powder was so bland that even after adding it to my barbecue, the meat still tasted the same, without a hint of saltiness. I had no choice but to ask for extra salt, but even that didn't improve the flavor; it just made it salty, which was a surprise coming from a place that specializes in barbecue. Honestly, by that point, I had lost all appetite because eating any more meat felt like torture. It was truly distressing to pay $38 per person for a buffet and not want to eat after just a few plates, but I couldn't force myself to eat more to avoid wasting food. But the taste was just one issue. The vent above our grill was leaking oil directly onto our meat, coating it in a glob of black grease. When a server came over to change the vent head, they suggested cutting off the unaffected part of the meat and continuing to eat the rest. Yes, they actually asked for our scissors to cut the meat, which they hadn't provided, along with plates, until they asked. I had thought eating without plates was a quirky feature of this place. By then, I was nearly at my breaking point, especially realizing it was Valentine's Day and I was spending it eating terrible food at $38 a head, leaving with just a few plates eaten between two people. The more I thought about it at home, the angrier I got. It was the worst barbecue I've ever had, bar none, and I will never return in this lifetime, and I'd dissuade any friends from going

It is marked at the door that MasterCard can be accepted, but there is no sign or indication in the whole store. It says that if you use Apple MasterCard and tip, you need to pay cash and you cannot sign the bill directly. This is the only one in the United States. This is the same as There is no difference between asking for money and selling by force. The food and service are pretty good. The only thing is that the owner of this restaurant may not be very smart. Without any indication or notification in advance, he only said at the checkout that Apple card tips cannot be signed. You have to pay in cash, and you are told that tips are not deducted. If I hadn't opened a store myself, I would have believed your nonsense. In this kind of store, don't say you can pay by card in the future. Just say cash only. You can't pay by card. It's a shame that you can only pay for meals but not tips. There must be a reason for everything to go wrong. I won't go there again.

This restaurant does not accept single customer to dine in. They said have to be 2 or more people or I have to leave. I asked can order something to take out and they said they'll give me the raw meet and let me cook them myself. Rediculous.

We came for lunch with 8 people. The restaurant was full but no long lines. The food was not bad. The cold noodles was nice and refreshing. But the dipping sauce they provide was not that great. They also provide a cumin spice for flavoring.THIS IS NOT A KOREAN BBQ. It's a charcoal BBQ restaurant run by Chinese people. The service and seating needs improvement. They tried to put the 8 of us in a booth (4 on one side and 3 on the other side with a chair at the end). I was like WHAT!!! We would be so cramped that we wouldn't be able to move our elbows. Finally we waited for two tables that were next to each other so we would have more space. The nice part of the experience is you cook everything over charcoal and it does taste better IMO. They'll add more charcoal if you need more heat for cooking. They do bring out the food quickly when you order. 2 hour time limit to eat. They don't have plates and bowls and they'll give you a small plastic container to eat out of (was a bit strange).

There I was, consuming the products of the meat industry. Then it was a coming to my mind that I needed dessert, the waiter came to my assistance. Then I stated “is there dessert?” The waiter stared into my eyes then she turned around with disgust. I was devastated, speechless, dismayed, appalled, some might say dumbstruck. After a second realization kicked in she attended to my needs. Later on, as the crow flys. I was given the bill, I refused to give such a establishment tip. With that, I rate this establishment and experience a solid 2 stars.

If I can give it 0 stars I would the waitress and service was very rude and they racially profiled me and my wife. Staring at us the whole time while we eat was very weird and to top it all off they ask to see my ID to use my card like black peoples don’t have money that’s AWFUL especially when they didn’t ask for everyone else
