Owner or manager must hire a front cashier receptionist with customer service experience. 1st time here, took over 8min to be greeted and seated, 5min for our order to be taken. Food was prepared in a timely manner, waiter never brought us napkins and my mother in law had to grab napkins from another empty table. Once done with our dinner, we waited for host to acknowledge and notice we are ready for our tab and ready to leave. We needed to to step up and ask to be charge. Food is good, customer service experience is much needed.

The flavors are not a wow. It's an average Ramen shop with an above average price tag. I loved the variety of the veggies in the V Ramen and the way those were cooked, but the soup missed any strong or bold flavors. They should at least keep chili crisps on the table but saddly only soy. Chicken Karaage Chicken, the impossible burger bun and the OG Ramen all suffer from the same lack of depth in flavor. I don't remember having the same experience over at the Silver Lake branch but maybe this is how they roll now ?‍♀️. The restaurant itself is unwelcoming, unneccessarily dark, and cold.

I finally made it! I'm glad they put one on the east side. Y'all need to come try this! We were seated immediately and served within 10 minutes.Ramen bowl and an appetizer $20 for lunch. The fried chicken appetizer was so juicy and perfectly crispy, not smothered in bread. The Tonatsu Ramen was so flavorful. I chose tofu. They added nice sized tofu pieces. The gyoza was tantalizing! It's difficult to stop eating, even when you're full.

Definitely a good spot to go if you are eating solo. They have a $20 combo which comes with ramen and an appetizer. I got the chicken karaage, it was really fresh and for the ramen I got the original and added extra toppings. The noodles were cooked very well and the broth was flavorful. I was surprised at how big the pork belly was vs other ramen restaurants. The service was good, I did feel a little rushed in ordering my ice cream since I told her since the beginning I wanted the dessert after I finished my food. The restaurant was very chill, had good music and it was very modern. Will definitely come back again.

Don't know why it has such low rating but everything tasted delicious. Friendly staff, good music, and delicious food.

Food was great and staff was friendly. Great ambiance. Parking was a bit hectic on a Friday night but service was fast.

Came here with a buddy of mine, got seated fairly quickly and was able to put in our order instantly. Food came out really quickly too which is nice. Ramen was good, however after finishing it took a while before we could get the bill. Felt like the servers just kinda forgot about us, and it wasn't really that busy inside. Would still recommend, nice cozy place to get some ramen.

I was hungry and was craving some ramen. Luckily this was near by and it’s a solid spot overall.I ordered the creamy broccolini to start and for the entree I got the garlic truffle ramen. The broccolini was a delicious starter & the creamy sauce made it amazing. The ramen was also pretty good, with a solid broth that was delicious. Overall it was a good lunch spot.I’d definitely come back here again and try their other menu items.

Worst service I had from a ramen restaurant they argue with you and are incompetent to do their simple job they charged us for drinks we never got never gave us condiments and worse no utensils. My date had to eat with their hands worst date it was so embarrassing they made us wait outside the rain when there was so many tables available it made no sense they need to fire those lazy people
