Went here for lunch. Got the grilled pork bahn mi and a jasmine iced tea. The bahn mi was bigger than it looked and tasted really good. The bread is flaky and the meat was a nice flavor. The service was excellent. Nice enough seating area if you want to eat in. This place made for a perfect quick little lunch spot, which was a bright spot in a tough trip for a funeral.

Their sandwiches are amazing and taste really fresh- the bread especially. Their drinks are super tasty, but be warned that some have a ton of caffeine (not a bad thing imo). The shop is fairly cozy and perfect for studying or chatting with a friend. I'll be back for more asap!

This place is delicious! I stopped for a coffee with my wife and we had a milk tea coffee and Black Sea salt cheese foam, both are very tasty. We also shared a grilled pork sandwich that was very good with a fresh baguette:)

The best Vietnamese sandwich I've had in a while! Everything was very tasty!! I liked the ambience and the layout of the cafe. I'll definitely return :)

The food is not bad if you are craving salt and savory. The drinks weren't fantastic but weren't bad either. The black sesame wasn't too sweet and their cheese topping on the coffee is pretty cheesy. The only thing I can say is it does take some time for them to make your food. Dont go hungry but maybe if you are looking for a snack.

Very good boba milk tea. I'm sad I didn't know about this place sooner. I will definitely be back to try their banh mi and noodles. Prices are pretty good and very friendly service.

Stopped by in the morning to pick up some breakfast and coffee before starting my day and wanted to support a local business rather than my usual Starbucks!I was pleasantly surprised by how it was reasonably priced and also tasty! The service was very quick and the menu was very easy to get. The coffee section wasn't too big like a Starbucks but I usually get black coffee anyways. The banh mi's were very good though, it was an unexpectedly good breakfast selection! The parking was also very easy and there was a priori Sd section for customers only. Also, it's close to the 10 freeway or downtown Monterey park if that's were you want to go. This place is perfect if you want to get a quick sit down and get on your way.Overall, if I lived close to here I would come here more often!

Low key coffee shop, not really a bakery these days.Located a few blocks down from P P Pop and Mama Lu's, the plaza has a fairly spacious parking lot in the back plus a good amount of street parking in front of the shop, along the quiet residential neighborhood. But the cafe itself is quite small, with four tables that each seat four, plus several counter seats along the window. The tables are often taken up by single customers working on their laptops, so the cafe feels pretty quiet.Their drink menu is somewhat large with creative options like "herbal candy milk tea" and "hazelnut matcha puff", but I find them lacking in more conventional options. They do serve coffee (with sea salt foam) alongside their teas, which is nice. There's a self-serve bakery cabinet along the wall, but it's no longer used since they've stopped baking pastries recently. Their fridge, which used to stock bottled water and cups of custard pudding, is also defunct. A little disappointing since they still call themselves a Bakery. They do still offer food, though, made to order, like a decent selection of banh mi sandwiches. Not the best I've had, but it's filling enough and reasonably priced. The cafe's ambience is sterile, but it's a decent option if you're looking for quiet.

I got their house iced coffee and it tasted just like a vietnamese coffee but it's a bit more bitter. It's a great hole in the wall spot in Monterey Park. i think it's especially nice when you want to study or do some work in peace. They also sell pastries here which is nice. Great service, cannot complain at all.

The bakery is a mess.. trash cans were full no place to throw. Floor is dirty and even the tables no one bothered to clean. It doesn't look like a place to eat anymore.

Not a lot of bakery items other than 3 types of cookies (green tea, red velvet and almomd) and maybe 2 types of bread on display. I was expecting more because of their name. More like 85c bakery and cafe that has a handful of bread and patries selection. I’ve tried their shrimp wonton bbq beef noodles ($13.50). It was okay. Nothing special about it. I got the Coffee Milk Tea with boba and it was okay too. 3 stars because my friend ordered Peach tea and she said it was too frangrant and there was no way she could drink it. She said it was like drinking perfume. Also, we waited more than 15 mins for our food and drinks to be ready when there is no one there. Overall, I can’t say i’ll be back. I don’t recommend this place.
