Been here a few times and the service has been mediocre, but today the service was super horrible. I placed a mobile order and upon pick up the rude guy with attitude at the window was trying to give me only 1 drink when i ordered and clearly states on the drink sticker 6 items. i corrected him nicely and even with that he was rude and gave more attitude. I asked for a cup holder since one was not offered or given. I would of understood for him not to offer or give one for 1 or maybe 2 drinks but i had 4! Once i received my drinks i noticed they had my drinks wrong even though it clearly stated on the order sticker the correct way for it to be done. for example, on one drink we requested no whip cream, extra shots of espresso and oat milk, we received it with whip cream, regular milk, and no espresso and of course I was charged for the extra shots, the next drink stated oat milk as well and regular milk was used again and again i was charged for a request for extra crunch topping and yet there was no topping at all. we refused to wait again for them to correct our drink especially since they were already less than friendly and lacking customer service . we didn't want them to spit in our drinks or continue to receive their bad attitude. We just took it as a loss but we def will not be going back to this location or recommend anyone else come to this location

Awful experience i had with them.. been to this Starbucks a couple of times and this is the first time I’ve experienced this so decided to leave a review. they close their front door at about 5pm so even though you placed an order online you still have to go on the drive thru route just to get your drinks. Isn’t it easier just to open the door and let people get in to take their drinks?? If you don’t want people to order at the counter that’s fine just make a note or at least don’t lock the door?? Then no one helped us even though we knocked on the door a couple of times. Just so rude and didn’t make sense at all. I hope whoever runs the store sees this and hopefully change your policy on that. It’s a total waste of time, it’s so easy for me just to go in store and pickup my drinks rather than waiting for the line at drive thru for 20min and also my drinks are not fresh made because of that wait. Ridiculous..

Very upset with their neglect with keeping up their improvements. I dont understand why they gotta keep shutting down their lobby. It frustrates me that I have to wait an extra 20 mins for my coffee. They have failed me once again.

If you plan an evening or weekend trip, please make sure that Jesus, Alyssa, or Anthony are working. These barristas take very good of their customers, and know your order if you're a frequent customer. They make drive-thru orders a pleasant and charismatic experience. Our orders always come out right when they are working during our visit. Plus they are good with customers who bring their pets during drive-thru visits. Our dogs only trust them, and don't get aggressive when Jesus, Alyssa, and Anthony are at the drive-thru window. Please make sure to tip them during visit (or after if you pay with Starbucks app).
