The lady with a red car working night shift. Rude and unpleasant, I go to this location all time since it’s the closet to home and she never surprised me being nice although I’m always greeting her with smile.Tonight as well I walk in to get pizza and she told me that we switch off the oven at 10:30pm after that we don’t bake pizzas.

The store clerk was very unfriendly when I was shopping. If I had Lucille, I would definitely let her have a drink?

whoever the woman is working tonight @12:30am, technically 2/11/24.. sooooo unprofessional & rude. i was left standing there waiting to check out for more than 10 minutes while she walked around, started food & took calls. i would’ve still been standing there had i not verbally asked her to check me out. she then caught an attitude when i asked for a bag for 8 items? & told me they were 25 cents and walked away.

The lady here on shift is super unprofessional. I grabbed my items and as I took them to the counter I asked her how her night was going? She then answered by saying "what does it matter, I get that asked all the time....I have to get back to what I need to do". I then said "I'm sorry I was just asking" she replied saying "I get asked that all the time, how does it even. matter".….very unnecessary...I honestly wanted to throw my drink in her face and that's something I wouldn't ever do but she had me very close on her unnecessary reaction to my small comment.I'm going to put a 5 because her attitude has nothing to do with your business but get rid of this lady. She is very unprofessional or she was either having a bad day but regardless that is something I wouldn't imagine someone would say on the job without asking to lose your job. If you see this (lady), learn to speak to customers on the job. Leave your issues at home and do your job right. We all have tasks to complete on any job but what the heck is the issue with having customers. She drives a red car like the one mentioned in a previous review ??

I had the worst experience in the past 10 years during a recent visit to the 7-11 store at 398 Lighthouse location. I urge caution due to an unprofessional male employee who asked inappropriate questions in front of our children. My mom, two kids, and I visited the store two days before Christmas, around 5:30 PM. First, upon entering, we received no greeting from the cashier, who stared at us as if we were aliens. Later, while picking up some afternoon snacks and at the checkout, the male employee asked us, 'Are you starving?' This was such an odd and unsettling question, and I was in no mood to engage with it. Despite this, I checked out and still thanked him. However, this incident compelled me to write this review. To families traveling with children, there are many other nice and friendly convenience stores/supermarkets in this area where you won't be bothered by bizarre questions from employees. Secondly, I feel it's important for the store owner to be aware that this employee's behavior is tarnishing your business's reputation. It is up to you to make the decision to find qualified employee or provide proper training.

There’s a lady with a red car working night shift. She’s the rudest person I’ve met in my life. I walk in to try get food and music was blaring. She was on her phone. I asked her if they take EBT. She mumbled something I couldn’t hear over the music. So I told her I can’t hear you. She replies “isn’t the sign on the door, can you read?” I look at the door and don’t see it so I ask “okay what does the sign say?” She roles her eyes and finally tells me condescendingly they take EBT all while playing games on her phone. I’m never going to 711 again, ever. They hire the worst people who do not belong in customer service.

One of the better gas stations in the area. What made me actually write this was how well dressed one of the employees were when I stopped a few nights ago. They took the job seriously. They also always actually have items in stock. No gas but one of the best options for if you need to run down to the state in town for anything. Also right outside the gate at POM - easy to get in and out of.

Hopefully the management is looking at this review! It is 3:54 PM and whoever’s on shift. The dude is very weird strange and a little rude. Don’t know if he has any courteousness built into his DNA but he need some help.
