I came here with my family this last weekend and wanted to make sure I completed this review based off the fantastic experience I had at this location. Desiree was extremely nice and helpful. Desiree even accommodated us by taking me to look at the table that was available to ensure that worked for my family and let me know there was another option if it did not work for us. I have to say I have never had a restaurant employee treat me that good. I really felt welcomed and taken care of.When we sat down we were assisted by waitress Autumn who was wonderful herself. Autumn was very friendly, attentive and had good knowledge of the menu. Exactly how you would like your server to be. She took very good care of us our whole visit. Overall the food, service and atmosphere were awesome. I would definitely recommend coming here when you're in Monterey. I for sure will be coming back very soon.

Great stop on my beer bucket list but $26USD for a flight of six sample beers was ridiculous. I’ve checked in 12,000 beers on Untapped and have traveled from Copenhagen to Vancouver chasing great beers. This place has the beers but I could have had three pints for the cost of this flight. Staff were great, but I think this was by far the most expensive flight I’ve ever had.

The burger was really good!! The beer was really good!! The surf and turf Mac and cheese was alright though, not worth $33…However the biggest thing is we came here to watch the warriors game. We sat on the back patio and was watching the game when they switched the channel in the middle of the third quarter to the start of the Monterey FC soccer game. Apparently they have to show all the soccer games because of a sponsorship. So keep that in mind if you’re trying to catch a game here.

Went here for a lunch date, food was good. Service was good and the ambience was great. Would definitely come back again perfect for a weekend to hang out.

The price tag was $90 for 3 people (no drinks) The portions were miserable. I got "beer stew", there was literally one piece of meat, size of a wristwatch, and 3 potatoes (but $10). We also got a burger, was very dry and small, $18. No lettuce-tomato, nothing. Their surf-and-turf mac-n-cheese, was OK, 2 (two) pieces of beef and 1 (one) shrimp, $33. It tasted well, but the frugality of these people and miserable portions, really will have me never come back.

Outstanding beer! Food is solid as well, and bar staff on the back patio go above and beyond. Come here whenever I’m in town and always a great experience.

The food and staff are great but my only complaint is the take-out orders. My last 4 take-out orders haven't been right. First time, I got the wrong burger but staff rectified the situation and everything was fine .These last 3 times I ordered the 'seasoned' fries and every single time they are not seasoned. I thought it was a fluke but then it happened again. This last time I mentioned what happened and the staff was super kind and added a note to add an extra side of seasoning just in case. Saw little containers so I thought it was the seasoning but it was just ketchup.I'm not sure if im just really unlucky or something is awry with to-go food.I would give 5/5 stars for taste, staff, and atmosphere but for miscommunication on to-go orders 4 times in a row im giving a 3/5 stars.

Food was delicious, beer obviously delicious. I drank single cone and fault lines to compliment the calamari and burger with candied bacon. Phenomenal! I can not brag about how dope our server was though. I don't Yelp review often, but this gal was a hoot and seriously kept us laughing throughout the dinning experience. Super professional and on top of our needs, but also noticed she was just as attentive to all the tables around us on a busy Saturday. Thanks to Brittany Z. and whoever hired her! Will be back next time! 100/100

This place doesn't just have great beer and drink selection, they also have some delicious food to pair with. If you're looking for a bar like restaurant this is a great spot. Also has a romantic feel to it so you can take your date here! This restaurant was probably a mile away from cannery row so if you'd like to walk there from your hotel you totally can. Our server Britney was amazing! She recommended a few beers and she didn't disappoint. The IPA's are soo good. We ordered the garlic fries as our appetizer and they hit the spot. Lots of garlic and love. I ordered the old town bar pie. It was a 10/10 for me. The hot honey was a great addition to the pizza. It was a thin slice pizza but the crispness and cheese was really great. My boyfriend got a burger and added candied bacon and he loved it. Finished it and was so satisfied. This restaurant will be a must every time I come to Monterey!

FOOD: Hamburger... patty is 4oz before cooking, which is why they offer a double patty for extra $$. Burgers come with "vege fixins'" and fries add $ for garlic fries that really have little to no garlic. The cost was $22 with 2 patties which were probably 1/3 patty once cooked. I had no sauce on the burger. Burger was good with a great, soft, airy bun.PIZZA: Kid pizza is the same size as regular. Borrow someone's kid while ordering and save $$$:)) Just joking...Pizza crust is thin and made, I believe, with Parmesain cheese. We had the pepperoni for $16. Pizza is the size of a small 10" dinner plate. Had good flavor, loaded with cheese & pepperoni. Not the meal if you want low calorie or low saturated fat."RAINBOW BOWL":$22 to include an ample size chicken breast. This dish was flavor-filled and textured; not mushy. Always good, friendly service from Britrany and a festive atmosphere.I added a tasting flight of 4 different IPA beer(s) @ $3.75 each. I really could not tell much difference between them.
