Seen this place a couple of times and decided to try it. Line was out the door when we got here but service is quick. There are only 2 people that work here, from what I saw but they are polite and friendly. I got the sunrise and it was good.
Service: incredible! Family owned, friendly staff that remember you when you come back :) Food: freshly baked in store, soft, warm, chewy texture! You have so many options for bagel sandwiches: peanut butter, garlic butter, jalapeño-egg-avocado, and of course cream cheese. Ambiance: there's like 6 small tables but you're going to inhale your bagel so you won't be sitting long

This bagel spot is overpriced and not the best quality. The menu is extensive and I felt pressured by staff to order right away when perusing the different options. I settled on 2 egg breakfast bagels and they cost over $25. There was $5 of unknown additional charges, which I can only attribute to the addition of cream cheese and choosing a cheddar cheese bagel.
