My son’s birthday falls on thanksgiving every 7 years. This year he was all excited about getting the Turkey cake with his favorite ice cream inside. I ordered the cake on Friday, to be picked up Wednesday at 6:30 from the website. When I get there, they’re closed early because it’s “Thanksgiving Eve”. For 5 days it didn’t occur to any of the staff to contact me and let me know they’d be closing early? Nobody figured to use some common sense. How am I suppose to know? The website allowed me to pick the time, and they normally close at 10. Now my sons doesn’t have his birthday cake he excited for all week.

I bought two hand -packed quarts. The fellow doing it seemed annoyed that I was asking for the hand packed. I wasn't sure the container was full so I asked it they weighed them, since I know the BK sells by weight. He said 'sometimes we do' but didn't. When I got home I discovered the bottom half of the container was empty so I got a pint in a quart container. It has been a few months now, perhaps the surly cheat is gone by now & I'll try again.

Had an ice cream cake with "white" cake. The cake itself was not amazing, but the ice cream was good. Who knows how long the cakes are sitting in the freezer before you buy them, because there is no date on the cake. Upon entering, the tables had customers, but no staff. Took a few minutes and the 2 young employees came from the back. The location is not amazing because it's a high traffic area, and only a few spots to park. Would I've it another try, but not my first choice.

I had oral surgery and can only eat soft foods. I ordered 2 pre packed quarts from baskin robbins for delivery and only one the two quarts was the correct flavor. I called them three times. The first, telling me a manager was not there and that there was nothing they could do; the second time, I was asked to contact door dash (even thought my order was correct in my order history there); the instructions given me were not available on the door dash platform. The third time I was told no manager was in but someone would call me back. No one did. I called 3 times subsequent and was hung up on each time.

I wanted a milkshake. I was expecting a thick coffee ice cream milkshake - what I got was flavored milk. And it cost $16 for 2 medium sized servings of 2 disappointment

This spot is very hot and miss. The last two visits have been a miss for half my family and a hot for the other. This last visit my son got an old fashioned chocolate milk shake and it was pretty much the consistency of chocolate milk. I got an Oreo shake and even though it was much more "liquidy" than I'm used to I didn't mind bcuz of the Oreo cookies and we'll my daughters scoops of ice cream were just fine. I would've complained but felt the young girl behind the counter used a little to much milk, something that can easily be fixed on our next visit by asking it to be made extra thick so it's watery.
I'm a long time fan of the ice cream and have bought ice cream cakes here for birthdays many times. So imagine my disappointment today when I made a trip to use some gift tickets I discovered after having stashed them in a bag some years ago only to be told that they would not honor them at this location! I couldn't believe it as the tickets say "for use at any Baskin Robbins location"!! I To whomever got me the tickets as a gift, I'm sorry but I was not able to use them thanks to the owner of this location :( I won't be back. You've lost a customer due to your poor customer service and curmudgeonly ways.

Staff was great, but the product has changed for the worse. I started eating ice cream at BR in the 70s, it's been a few years, but it was notably worse. Mediocre. I looked it up and found they no longer make their own, they have outsourced production. End of an era. I won't be going back.
