Today I went and was helped by someone who was on the ruder side and gave the smallest portion sizes. I have never had a burrito so small, a majority of it was rice and each scoop of everything else was leveled out so much it was half of what you get on a good day. I was honestly really disappointed and on top of that my burrito was rolled so terribly, the insides were coming out both ends and the foil didn’t even cover the whole thing.

I got a burrito for myself and a bowl for someone else I felt like the portion sizes were a bit on the small side. Also the green and did not look fresh. The chips did not have much lime flavor but luckily they were not over salted. The customer service was spot on and most of the restaurant seemed to be clean and well stocked except for one table which appeared to be overlooked. I would go back.

I can't believe it. How can you have a fast food restaurant in a shopping center? And have no ice for the soft drinks. So then you get your soft drink. And it's hot that just ruins the whole meal. And this is like, the second time. I've been there where the service is not that great. But I know they are shot staff.

Went in at 8:11 today on Saturday and I see no black beans in the bowl. Requested if they can bring more. Server looked at the manager? And said they don't have any and points to the kitchen saying No cooks.I wondered if they closed soon? She said no we close at 10. It thoughts that's weird that the cooks left at 8?. I said beans is the only protein I eat being vegan. She went in the back and got a scoop of beans in the my bowl! I said I usually get extra beans. She went and got one more scoop from back. In my head I went-who the heck are y'all hiding beans from in the back!!!?? To my surprise no fajitas. I asked if they have that in the back? She said no. Ok. No guac? Server looks at the manager and says no. You have lettuce? No. I mean i didn't want just rice and beans. So I said sorry and walked out. Have not had a worse experience before. And I am pretty sure they brought the beans container out from the back for the gentleman who entered after I left the store. So may be I was not elite enough for their service? Absolutely shocking. Two thumbs down

The wait here is nornally pretty bad. I had to kill a half hour before eating here since the line was that backed up. Even worse, their water was out, forcing people to buy bottled water instead. That's a major no go. The food is still good, but prices are awful due to inflation, so eating here isn't something I can suggest all that often.

I liked coming here because they usually put a generous amount of meat and a good balance of all the other ingredients but lately, they've become stingy like the others. Today, I ordered a burrito and it was bland and loaded with rice. Found the chicken towards the end of my meal. Do you know what this means? The burrito was not wrapped properly. The ingredients should be evenly distributed from top to bottom instead of rice on top and chicken on the bottom. Don't people get any training when they start work? I understand some jobs have a high turnover and wrapping a burrito may sound unimportant but it is, like, one of the main things when you sell burritos! If they're so new, have a senior employee watch them work and make sure they're doing their job right. For them it's just one burrito wrapped incorrectly out of the 100 they've done but for me it's my only burrito for the week or my first burrito in months! Make it count! The person that put the condiments was so stingy like he doesn't want you to taste anything. I literally rolled my eyes watching him put pico de Gallo, sour cream, and cheese in the burrito. BLAND! And totally not worth it! They need to refund these kinds of food, tbh.
