Overrated, over priced, poor quality, worse service

I don't come here often but I'm always glad I do. The place is clean, staff is friendly and the smoothies are good. Medium Pineapple smoothie with a free boost for less than $8?! I'll take it. Great selection of smoothies, a few snacks too. I have also gotten wheatgrass shots here, super tasty, be sure to get an orange wedge with it!

Okay so I just don't have the heart to give this location lower then 2 stars but 2 may be a slight stretch.... Trust me I want to love it here since I drink a lot of smoothies because of digestive issues, so I hit this place up A LOT ;) I spend on average about $50+ a week in your store. I know it's seems small however I've been consistent. In fact I've been so much so that some of the staff know me and will grab my drink from the pre order fridge when I walk in door. Not a total Cheers but we're getting there... The majority of the staff is great. They lack consistency in their product. So even if I walk in and order from register I cannot get them to stop making my drinks extremely runny... It's like their liquid to ice and ice cream ratio is way off. Every single time, even when resorting to ordering from the register. Also I can no longer order their " White Gummy " from the app for the people in my life that don't care is their smoothie is runny, can only order from inside the store.... I do realize there is a second location in Sand City and by far my favorite, it's just a little far since I live in PG. Oh well there's my review, just fix the " consistency " and talk to your software department and there's a chance we can turn this around.

Nice folks, good service, but they have the WORST IT Corporate of any vendor we deal with. Hard to navigate and sometimes impossible to use....and they can't take orders over the phone when the website is down. Poor hard working emplyees

Ran in for a drink on Thursday after 5:30pm. Stood in front of two employees at a register who did not acknowledge me at all. The third one was working near the other two. No one acknowledged me at all. The two girls walked away and went into the back. The employee who eventually helped me was incredibly surly and unpleasant. $8.00 for a drink with a free side of nasty attitude. I'll definitely pass next time.

Everytime I go there they mess up my order I don't have time for them to fix it on my 10 min break this shouldn't happen everytime if someone ask for fresh oj put fresh oj don't be lazy and put the carbonated one makes me not even wanna go to this jamba juice anymore !!!!!

The drinks are amazing. It's the customer service that makes me not wanna go. Definitely get the Belgian waffles if you do.

Plain rude. The girl yelled at me that they were closed but the open sign was on. I thought it was me but my boys who are 7 and 10 said she was rude. My husband who was on the cell phone with me heard her yell too. Get retrained on customer service, I used to work for Jamba Juice and never treated anybody like this. This happened on Wednesday, April 5, 2023.
I just want to give a shout-out to whoever is working today at your Alvarado St location in Monterey. I just received my order through Doordash, and it arrived stapled in a brown paper bag, packed beautifully so as not to spill, and had decorated with my name. It was so cute, so above-and-beyond... such a simple thing but it made me happy. I rarely write reviews but I thought this deserved a big THANK YOU to the staff at Jamba!

Super sunny day and I came in not knowing what I wanted but the girl with the braids was extremely helpful. As soon as I came in she came to help me I told her how I wasn't too sure of what I wanted and what she could recommend. I ended up getting a plant based pumpkin smash which she recommended and I absolutely loved it! Will definitely be back to this location!
