Used to love this place until the bar changed the tip I left them and never returned my call or email asking to refund what they changed. Luckily, my bank agreed with me and gave me back my money. CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENT THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY AFTER VISITING THE BAR TO MAKE SURE THEY DIDNT CHANGE THE TIP AMOUNT.

Being from Alabama but living in Atlanta, the prices are high. But I guess that's normal out here where the cost of living is higher. Other than that, great place to bowl.

Just a lot of fun! Great local spot to enjoy something different. We went for my son's birthday. Showed up without a reservation and walked on to one of the last lanes available. We bowled for about 90 minutes, used the kids bumper to help out the youngest one. We had a few drinks with unhealthy snacks, then moved on to Air hockey. I think we all had a good time. I'd recommend it.

Nice place to bowl. I took my nephews for a nice day of no cellphones allowed and we all had a great time. Staff was very friendly, family oriented atmosphere.

A very nice place, the staff is nice, the bowling lanes are good and clean and the prices are reasonable.
It's not just bowling, they're always having fun. There's pool, arcade games, darts. Come by and play some games maybe even join a league. You won't regret it.

Overall positive experience.The BAR is clean. The atmosphere feels mature and is great for bringing friends. Billiards is cheaper in the bar than in the arcade, but they won't warn you when the hour is up and will charge you for the next hour. Be sure to bring your ID, even if you're just there for billiards.The ARCADE has air hockey, billiards, and a couple arcade games for the kids. It also has food, like pizza, which is average. Good for eating at the main eventThe BOWLING ALLEYS are well maintained and clean, with attendants close by if a ball gets stuck or other. The shoes, however, are a little worn, but comfortable. There are some pairs where you may slip a bit when bowling. The balls themselves are fine, with some scratches and scrapes on the surface. Make sure to test the finger holes because they are not one size fits all.Overall I'd recommend Monterey Lanes for family gatherings, birthday parties, bringing friends, and dates.

Ambiance is nice and relaxing. Usually a chill crowd. I like that I can play my favorite tunes on the TouchTunes jukebox. We came here a lot before they closed to remodel and the drinks were worthy.Now it seems they are watering down their drinks. I'd expect a small buzz after two mixed drinks (I rarely drink anymore) but nothing. I'm not sure I want to spend anymore money on soda with a splash of liquor. Next time I'll just get a beer.

Who smothers a stale tasting hot dog with ketchup and mustard?If you want to get cut off mid game, because you can only pay for time not per game then this is not the bowling alley to go to.Very unaccommodating , and don't go with a competitive mindset because you'll get cut off mid game!The lanes aren't well oiled.
