I just went in to get a Refill Coffee the staff is young very few customers at 11:00 am staff cleaning equipment not very friendly all the comfortable lounge chairs removed all wooden chairs to make sure you don't wanna squat their forever.lol. Is ok geared for the Tourists mostly being in downtown Monterey.
Dear Starbucks,U are doing your store wrong. U threw in a bunch of new people to work this store. Now they close the front of the store alot . (2-3 a week) People do not hang here to chat or drink coffee. Please fix the situation .. they r trying hard to keep up but can not . This is your responsible . U destroying your stores

Stopped in on a Sunday morning...only one lady working, but she was a total professional. Kind and happy. She works with greater efficiency than four people at many other locations. Well done!!
