Taco Bell is the goat of late night deliciousness. I’ve stopped in to this location from time to time on my many Monterey trips and it’s a beacon of awesome in the night. Whether you want something sweet like a Cinnabon bite or savory like a cheesy Gordita crunch, they got you covered. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Will definitely be back.
I've never in my life experienced such a pitifully slow "fast food" restaurant. Not to mention the app will straight up lie to you. I get alerted 4-5 minutes after ordering that my order is ready and it never is when I arrive. One time I ordered on the app and when I got there the counter said that their fryer wasn't working and they'd have to manually refund me for the fries the app let me order. However after waiting 20 minutes I heard from other customers that they were being told the wait was an hour. But consistently I cannot get an order complete in under 25 minutes. Next time (if) I order again I will just order when I'm 30 minutes from arriving. Lesson learned I guess. The employees seem to all be doing a "slowdown strike" and if they're not then they have absolutely no sense of urgency.

They fill all the door dash orders first, even if they are placed after the walk up customers. Truly unbelievable. Since we already paid, we have to wait. Going on 30 minutes...
