I had an amazing experience! The service was very fast and my server Jessica was excellent. The staff seemed so positive, and created a great environment. It was great to have manager check in on me, I love that management was so attentive. And the Kona Pie was delicious!

My wife and I love going to Island's! The staff is friendly and the food is consistently good. We get great service and love the Tiki tenders, burgers and salads. Happy Hour is especially good and we love getting the spinach dip and Mai Tai's.. the atmosphere is like the name! Being at the beach.... We recently met the new manager, Abass, and he introduced himself and welcomed us. Just another reason to love this place!

We go to Islands regularly because they have consistently great service, atmosphere and food! The bartenders and servers are friendly and the restaurant is always clean. My husband loves the tiki tenders and I love the spinach dip! We both love the burgers (turkey burger for me) and salads. There are lots of TV's which makes it a great place to watch sports too! They recently got a new manager (Abbas) who always greets us warmly and helps out wherever needed. These things are the marks of an excellent restaurant!

Let me just say I'm a big burger person. Got the Malibu and man the bread tasted like it was freshly baked. Perfect patty. It was the best 10/10 going to be going here a lot more

The ambience is great and the service is good. Unfortunately the food is terrible. Even their chips and guacamole are bad. How do you screw up chips and guacamole? I take my kids there to eat and I just get a drink! My kids like the burgers, Mac n cheese (Kraft) and side of pineapple.

Their chicken wings, chile mangorita is really goo.. I enjoyed it so much! Abbas and Casey provided an exceptional great service during our time at the restaurant yesterday!! Abbas was very welcoming and friendly.. definitely me and my friends will come back again for our next get together.

I've been in the food business for a long time and this is the first time I've ever left a review. Legit had to make a yelp account for this. I had made a call for pick up and came in a little over 15 minutes later. It took another 10 minutes or so to get my food but when I got back to the car I noticed they forgot my sliders and ranch. Not a big deal but when I came back it took about 10 minutes for anyone to notice me because there wasn't anyone at the host area. They were friendly enough after getting everything figured out so I decided to grab a seat while I waited for my food. After making a mistake I would figure they would try to rush my order but in the 25 minutes I waited I watched a family of 3 and a baby walk in, get seated and then get their food before my sliders and ranch were ready. I'm didn't even mind that the sliders were dry but I really wished they could have showed a little compassion after making a mistake.
I'm the only one at the bar. The staff is everywhere but the bar. I wanted to order another drink but it looks like I'll be paying for my food. I try to give it another chance but my mistake. Go somewhere else.

Their takeout is just miserable. I ordered online, picked up at the time it was supposed to be ready. Drove three minutes home only to find the fries and hamburger were already cold. I paid $20 plus tax plus tip (because I am nice), for a cold substandard burger and fries. I asked for ketchup and they gave me one little packet. Your better bet is to go to Lalla's. Their prices are the same and the quality is great.

Came here with my family while on vacation and I don't even know where to start. The service was absolutely HORRIBLE. I'm never one to complain to a manager but I did and he said "he would take care of us." This is after our server forgot 2 of our drinks at our table even after asking about them multiple times, all of our food came out at different times, and some of it was forgotten about until we asked 3 different waiters. They tried to take $5 of my family's bill and nothing off my sister in laws bill or my in laws. They also mixed up a lot of the things we ordered and tried to charge us full price for some of our drinks even though we came during happy hour. At the end we ended up getting a decent amount taken off of all our tabs but this place is definitely somewhere we will never go back too.

Service was horrible, wait staff walked by us and we were waiting for 15. Messed up on my jungle cesar salad. The rest of the party got their meals but my order I had to wait 20 minutes to be told that there's new kitchen staff and my order was the second one to get sent back. If I can give 0 stars I would but this app wouldn't allow me. I was visiting the area, and I wouldn't recommend this particular location.

Abass was amazing!!! He was very friendly and caring. He remade my Hula burger without hesitation, and it was delicious!!!!! Super friendly staff, they really make you feel like family. The food was fantastic and the servers were on top of their game keeping the tables clear
