I enjoyed the food and the over the counter service was fine, but I've been there several times and in both visits it felt unclean. Tables weren't wiped down after visits and the floors weren't swept under the tables either. I didn't see anyone come out from behind the counter to clean. And it's too bad because the food is good.

Delicious! My sandwiches looked just the pictures they advertised. Tasted amazing too! The marble-rye bread was soft, plenty of turkey in each bite and I loved the spread. Definitely worth the price and hit the

We have been going here for years now. The fun memories that were had eating amazing food and the good old water fountain. The food is great and there is something for everyone. They had great drinks and their frozen yogurt was so good. They are a great local business to support. If you want to call in a pick they are always on it and you never wait for your food. For a great lunch or dinner place this a great option! They have options for inside and outside sitting and they always have nice calm music on. I have never had to shout and talk loud to say something to my friends or family while eating.

Really good Italian sandwich. The chicken sandwich was good flavor but executed in an odd fashion. Since everything is sliced thin the sandwich fell apart and wasn't easy to eat.

Local cafe with good food but semi-pricey. If you're from out of town, I would call for their most current prices and not rely on their website for up-to-date menu prices. Unfortunately, plenty of small business owners just haven't made the time to update their website. Grub Hub and others tends to be up-to-date since they get customers ordering through them. Food is pretty good, except I haven't had their pizza which some reviews state tastes frozen. You can ask if they use frozen pizza or if they make it fresh. Plenty of pizza places use frozen pizza dough, but I don't think that is what the reviews are concerned about. A breakfast bagel with a side of fresh fruit (and it is super fresh) will cost you $14 + tax. It's not a giant bagel either lol. That's a bit much to me but every once and a while I don't mind spending nearly $20 for a bagel breakfast sandwich and cup of coffee ($3.00 with free refills). Customer service is friendly. They do have some young employees, so if you find they've seemed to close up early, and turned off the stoves an hour before they close, call next time and ask to speak to the manager to confirm hours and last call for ordering. Try to give them some grace, we all probably did something like that back in the day.

Just passing thru and stopped for lunch. Outstanding. My husband has half turkey and Swiss sandwich on wheat, bread delicious as was the sandwich and tomato soup he had with it. I had the best tuna sandwich I have ever eaten, the combination of tuna with apple and nuts was so unique. The half sandwich was moist and so yummy. I chose to have garden salad with it. Fresh lettuce, nuts, olives, cheese as well as the usual. Friendly service. So glad we stopped here at this quiet little place.

I really cannot stand giving negative reviews to small businesses, but I must. While I understand and appreciate what inflation has done to the restaurant industry, $17 for a personal cheese pizza that is overdone and tastes like a frozen pizza is completely unacceptable. I had not been here in a while and if I had known the prices before I called and placed a to go order I would never have ordered this pizza. I should have gone across the street to Magma and gotten a great pizza for $16! Needless to say, I will never be back.

3.8 Stars, just couldn't bring myself to give it 4. Very good sandwich, mid soup (needed spice or more seasoning), great lemonade. A bit pricey but worth it for the sandwich, small soup for $7.50, not so much. Incredibly fast service and friendly enough. The music is calming and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Cool vibe, would definitely come back to try something else and bring my own hot sauce. Not sure what salsa they use (Pace?) or make but it was very mild and flavorful enough.

Absolutely excellent fresh chicken salads. Great atmosphere, clean and friendly. Best in Moorpark for salads, wraps, and everything else on the menu. If you've never been you got to try it!

I take back my one star review. The wraps here are p dank tbh. Moorpark doesn't have many decent things. This is one of them.

Delicious and fresh sandwiches I've picked up food to go a couple times and it's always so good including the Caesar wrap and their basil chicken panini. They've always come with a little set of chips too

No other place anywhere offers such consistently delicious, fresh sandwiches. I usually order their half and half (half sandwich/panini/wrap plus half a bowl of soup (8oz, good size)) because I love their tomato basil soup. Plus, the music they play is so lovely, a soothing midday break for me. After the pandemic, their prices rose but the quality and the service make it worthwhile. Yum, every time!

Do you appreciate a restaurant that serves consistently great sandwiches? Here is your place. This was my favorite place until I moved away pre-pandemic. I recently returned for a work week and it's the same great place and the owner has kept a high standard for upkeep. Sadly, not the same size lunch crowd, I remember when it was hard to get a table. But I guess that's the result of a hybrid work week.I just took a co-worker here for lunch and he said, "Wow, I have to come back here." Yes, I do.
