Friday 5:30. I stopped by for fish tacos.No one in the dining area. Wait while the 2 behind the counter working the drive through, Third guy shows up, looks at me and ignores me, we’ll call him Mr Nosering.Finally order, this guy shows some interest in doing his job.Every table has dirty, as is the floor.Wondering where the food is, I see a tray on the counter, I’m still the only customer, so it’s has to be mine.I guess calling out is too much effort.I walk up and ask if this is my order, Mr. Nosering gives me a solid, “ I guess”, as he walks by.No napkins, I ask for some, I get 1 paper towel….Food was as expected, however I could tell that absolutely no s—-ts were given. I mean how hard is it to put stuff inside the tortillas.Soft drink machine doesn’t work, bath rooms out of service.WOW, they totally don’t care, ZERO effort.Never going here againHow do they stay in business???Zero stars if possible.AVOID !!!If it’s this bad in the public area, I shudder to think what the back looks like.AVOID!!!!

I love this del taco! They always get my order correct and it's very delicious each time! The employees are also super nice. Clean, easy and quick!

First time in this location and the menu is simple to read and very clear.The lobby is spotless and there is chatter amongst the workers and they all seem to get along well with one another.I ordered and my carne asada quasodillas tacos whatever they are actually called are fantastic and full of flavor. I can't believe I ordered a bean and cheese green sauce burrito on the side because these tacos were enough.The burrito was so good and the cheese was melted perfectly. If I could suggest that they play some background music in there but overall it's a 5 star rating.Ps my Sprite wasn't watered down either which is a huge plus.

You know it’s unfortunate when you go to a place and spend your hard earned money to purchase food for your family and get mistreated. I drove through the drive thru to place an order. The worker was so rude. The man in the picture said her name was Joana and his Gabriel. He also told me he was the manager. Well Joanna was very rude, rushing me, sighing as I placed my order as though I was inconveniencing her. I asked for her name at the window and the other manager told me she didn’t know her name. That was that… made it home just to not have all of my order and had to drive back. This was probably a case of “NO BLACKS ALLOWED;” At least that’s how it made my family (who was also in the car) and I feel. Some stuff is ridiculous and that entire staff needs to be retrained and taught morals and character. Del Taco on Enchanted Way in Simi Valley is disgraceful, WHO laughs at a customer who just made a complaint. That’s demeaning and I’m not going to stop here I’m going to share this reverie to every Del Taco from here to Los Angeles. That was so disrespectful.

I mostly come during the day , morning, food was less than ok, a child could of made it better, I blame myself for not getting a refund, place is always dirty tables counters, floors all around the restaurant, manager doesn't seem like he cares , cashier has an attitude, go to another Del Taco which is run better .

Ricardo at this spot is one of best in customer service. I wish more Ricardos worked at places because his attitude and approach to something so easily overlooked left me speechless. Ricardo, keep it up!
Food is good, service is very nice but there’s no bathroom. I guess someone trashed their bathrooms so they no longer offer anymore bathrooms. But it’s crazy I go into a fast food place, eat a bunch of greasy stuff, drink soda and can’t even use a bathroom to wash my hands and pee, so minus to that.

Four cars in the drive through and an almost empty lobby. “I’ll be with you in a minute, we’re really busy,” the speaker says. Many minutes later, “Sorry for the delay, we’re really busy. I’ll be with you in a minute.” I watch as the over thirty cars in the In-N-Out line next door swiftly move forward toward their destination. Each of the few cars in front of me takes an abnormally long time, especially considering this is “fast food.” I expected to see bags upon bags of food handed to each vehicle. To my surprise, it was merely one bag per car. Where is the “really busy” that was preached? I watch as the line next door dwindles down. The progress they are making is frustrating. Why am I not moving through this fairly short line? After way too long I finally get my turn at the window. Was it worth the wait? Was it so delicious I may subject myself to such delay again? No. It wasn’t. They got my order wrong. Two tacos and a fry. So simple. Or was it?

I did drive through pick up through the app. They made me pull around front even though nobody in drive through. Forgot items and others were cold. Carnitas quesadilla tacos got me really sick. Probably because they didn't cook them. Cheese was not even melted. Pork was probably not heared to 165 degrees getting me really sick!

Well, I have to confess that there are certain kinds of junk food that I have a weakness for... And Del Taco is one of them. Yes, I know that you all know that I traffic and roll in the gutter and mud by walking in to places like this. But I like their hot sauce, and their beans are actually kind of tasty. For the cheapest kind of nibble when I need the nibble on something, Del Taco is one place I will stop.Today My visit yielded a somewhat undersized bean and cheese burrito. The snack size tacos were pretty typical. The staff was fairly typical and possibly indifferent... But that's okay.Everything was as it typically is, and since I like the place it gets three stars. Two stars because it's just perfectly typical and almost could be ranked lower because my burrito was slightly undersized. But I really don't think it deserves one star, and it doesn't really deserve three stars... So 2 It shall be
