We love this place! It's our go-to restaurant for pollo and combine with the tri-tip, rice and salsa, it will continue to be one of our favorites in Moorpark

I am new to Moorpark. Moved here about a month ago and I have already visited here twice. The first time my husband and I went in and sat down for a michelada and some food. the atmosphere was nice and quiet. The girl at the counter was absolutely super nice. We told her we were new to the area and asked for her recommendations. My husband ordered the place with the pork chops, tri tip, and chicken and I had the chicken. OMG It was delicious. I stole a few bites from my husbands chops and they were just so juicy. The second time I walked over to pick up some take out. Again, everything was fresh and delicious. the fact that it is walking distance is an added bonus. Will definitely become a regular.

I visited this place for the first time, I came with my family and we concluded that it deserves 5 stars for everything.From the moment we walked in we were greeted by one of the staff; the system is very simple, you order and then you take your place or places, shortly after the food arrives at your table. We took a whole chicken and a pound of tri tip to go for a family of 4. Friendly service and fast! The chicken and tri tip were delicious, perfectly seasoned and tender. The salsa was absolutely yummy. Again, well seasoned (salt!) with the perfect kick. We also brought home a churro cheesecake and omg was that good. Not overly sweet which I so appreciate. The family loved the rice that came with it. But the beans were a fall down for me-- totally bland - like not even salt. All in all a fabulous meal. We'll be back. Again and again. We were so hungry - no one waited for me to take pictures.

Great customer service and a delicious food all the time!! We order food for dad's Birthday party , they were on time when I request, food still warm, and it was delicious meal! Everyone was very please with the meal! Thank you guys, we never been disappointed!

Honestly, this place has the best chicken and tri tip. I always order a side of their delicious rice to go with my combo meal of chicken and tri tip. The salsa reminds me of the titos tacos salsa, but better. So flavorful and well seasoned. The staff is so friendly and helpful too.Parking: Depending on the time you go it may be difficult to find parking. If you don't find parking in their designated area, you may have to make quite a walk. Although if you circle around, you may catch someone leaving. Seems like a good rotation.

The facilities are not that bad, the customer service at least Ami did not think it was good, the food I ordered a burrito mix and it was pure beans and rice, the meat was nothing, I do not recommend it.Parking: The parking lot to get out of is very dangerous and takes a long time to get out.

Great food, lovely lady at the window! What would really help is if they replaced the speaker at the drive through. It's impossible to understand what is being said, no fault of the employees.

I work right down the street and always thought that this place wouldn't be too great. I'm not sure why. Decided to give it a shot for lunch one day and ordered the tri tip chicken plate, and I did a little dance. The chicken and tri tip were so flavorful and tender. Beans perfectly cooked. They definitely had me at their homemade tortillas and salsa. Music and staff made me feel like I was in the small town I grew up in San Diego closer to the border. I went again today to grab a 1pound tri tip combo for my kids and it was approved by all three of them! I'm slowly spreading the word to all my fellow work family. I look forward to trying their Menudo sometime soon.
