Owners of this location aren’t welcoming. Employees are amazing with our DISABLED clients. Unfortunately the owners might need to take notes from their staff on how to treat disabled people. It’s a shame especially knowing how strong the disabled community is here in Moorpark Ca. I’m not from this area. Only here for work and I am reminded daily as to why I would never want to live in an area with people who don’t welcome disabled people into their business. Needs improvement and better business etiquette. It’s 2024.

I drive 8.5 miles from Simi to get my regular Size #7 Spicy East Coast Italian with everything and extra hot peppers. Frankly I eat quite a bit more at JM's because they are pretty much everywhere like Starbucks these days-and they are solid. But still like JJ's better. I've only eaten JJ's at 3 locations. This location in Moorpark in particular gets it right. Bartlesville, OK. location(worked there for a bit) solid too. Culver City Ca. location was just OK. Can't believe we have no Simi location. Maybe good thing because if I lived in the delivery radius I think I may have trouble getting out of the house much lol.

Take a look at this $11Sandwich. No meat and they did not follow instructions not to add lettuce. My son picked this up so I did not visit the restaurant personally. Will never go back here.

I've only ever had 1 bad experience with Jimmy John's. And even then, they made it right. The spicy East Coast Italian is the best thing here.

The employees here are SO GREAT.. Always take their time to get your order right. I love the bread.. Only started going here a few weeks ago because I'm from East Simi and had appts in proximity. My wife thinks it's the best sandwich/bread she's ever tried at a chain. Keep up the good work.

I came here several times when the female manager was running things at night. The sandwiches were well made and the customer service was good. Something you expect for a $25 sandwich when you can get twice as much food just a couple of steps away at In-N-Out.Then came again tonight and there is barely any meat on the sandwich or any of the additional items. It's a $25 and sandwich guys. Seriously. Make sure that they make it well for every customer every time. No matter who is working. The sandwich is more expensive than Jersey Mikes and you can't even watch them make the sandwich in front of you to make sure that they are making it to a reasonable standard or expectations. Opened it at home. Took a couple of bites and threw it away.

Visiting Southern California and had to make a Jimmy John's stop. By far, best chain sandwich joint. For those of you who complain about not having hot sandwiches, that's not a sandwich joint. Suggest the Spicy Italian, add those jimmy peppers to whatever you order and make sure you grab a pickle bucket to go because theirs are delicious. Sandwiches always taste great, bread is always amazing. Sandwiches aren't drenched like at Jersey Mike's and ingredients aren't nasty like Subway and Quiznos.

I usually come here get the same thing but I got an Italian sub it was so good. I forgot which one was it but there is such quality food here. They have chips and there subs are unique different from other sub places. I am actually going to favorite that sub I will come back with the review of that specific sub when I go back again

always the bomb. i literally make the 15 minute drive over here when i have a hankering for a good sandwich because jimmy john's has not ever done me wrong. the service is super quick and efficient but not without good customer service as well; the employees are so nice :) the ingredients are always fresh and good quality, and they aren't stingy with the ingredients either! good lord, the amount of times i've been to a place that totally stiffs you on some of the ingredients (THAT YOU'RE PAYING FOR) is unholy. jimmy john, wherever you are, you have my heart.

Subs quality are as you'd expect from a nationwide fast food chain, but this place is definitely not "Freaky Fast". "Super Slow" is more appropriate. Order online 20-25 minutes ahead of pickup and still not ready when I get there....almost every single time. Out of the kickin ranch, and struggled to refund me (since you have to buy it) on more than one occasion as well.
