My family and I have been coming to this restaurant for years and recently went and ever since it reopen unfortunately the service has been horrible. There is one particular employee, not sure of her name but I know she has been there since before they closed down and always seems to show favoritism to her preferred costumers. We've always been able to ignore her unkind customer service but today she took it upon herself to be rude, roll her eyes, and dispose of our receipt without even offering it to us after we paid in cash with $100 dollar bill and were left to count our change to make sure it was correct. Very disappointed, she is ruining the business of this restaurant!

Lalo's getting down with the shrimp and enchiladas tonight. My wife and I, as always enjoy having dinner at Lalo's, great food and Lily makes it n my other best strong margaritas (Lily margarita). It's always great to have a Lily Margarita on a Friday night to unwind.

I usually don't write reviews but had to for this specific location! - Burrito didn't really have flavor compared to the LALOS Restaurants In Camarillo or even Ventura. ( NEEDED SALT) - My second biggest thing was the Salsa was not spicy at all and when I kept asking waiter for spicier Salsa he seemed like he was getting annoyed. - I asked for sour cream cause I like it on top of my wet burrito and he said it's already inside and didn't offer me more even though I said I like my sour cream on top. - I will spread the word to my clients and businesses partners about this location so no one will ever come. - I think what the owner should do is show a class to the team and educate them around customer service.

Love this OG restaurant. This place is still rocking ', coming back after LOCKDOWNS, and surviving the fire---Lalo's is the best ever and is here to stay. Keep up the great work guy's!

Walked in for the first time and was greeted by Marcelo, very friendly and helpful with the menu. He told me about the specials they have and will definitely will be returning to dine in for the great deal. They were very appreciative of my business and I felt great getting a good meal and supporting their business. Help keep this business afloat!

I've been coming to Lalo's for over 20 years everything always exceptional... Except this last time I went with my brother, we order a couple drinks, (michelada, and a Modelo beer) they came in a flimsy plastic cup, similar to dose you get sour cream in from a carniceria... I would have given you 5 stars, but you need to step up your game... I spent 100 dollars on a 2 man meal, I think you can afford a glass cup...

My husband brought me a chicken taco salad-it had a lot of chicken but why on earth would you put HOT meat on top of lettuce! So what I got was a mushy gross taco salad! Basically unedible! When a taco salad has meat it should be chilled, not hot! So needless to say what a waste! Won't be back at least not for a salad!

I have been coming here since 2019 and have always enjoyed the Margaritas and shrimp tacos. I am glad they rebuilt after the fire but wow this last visit was so dissapointing! This was the second time this month that we came here and the service was night and day between both times. This time the waitress just seemed like she didnt want to be there. The margaritas did not taste the same as last time and when questioned if she had used casamigos tequila her answer was odd and vague. Not even an offer to remake the margaritas when it was clear we were not enjoying them and that we could not taste the tequila. The tacos are good but i seem to remember you used to get 3 tacos and not 2 but i could be wrong. For $16.95 it is pricey for 2 tacos, beans and lettuce/guac. I probably wont be back here any time soon!
