My friend and I came here for the 1st time. We had heard many good things. This place did not disappoint. The food was very good. We really enjoyed each item we got. I recommended this establishment. Please note because of the shape of the building it can get quite loud inside.

First time here the other and what a treat. Love what they did with the restaurant the patio is really great. The bread and tapenade to start is to die for. Shared the Wagyu hotdog flatbread and shortrib entre. It was absolutely fantastic. The bartender Janae (I hope I spelled that right), was also fantastic and made the experience better than expected. I don't mind paying top dollar for food and drinks when you get great food and better service.

It was very difficult to get a reservation or a table, and you need one here. We waited over an hour for the very, very good food, especially the pot pie. But, the service was pretty slow and they were out of this or that. We got the sense they were short handed. Still, I appreciated the menu's variety and I would try them again on a less crowded night. The bread served with olives in oil was outstanding!

Amazing food and service. Atmosphere is a little too "bright", but great experience.

We had an all around wonderful experience. The food was excellent, the service first rate, and the ambience was very pleasant. We'll be coming back. It's one of the best restaurants in the neighborhood.

the garlic fries are really good here. i enjoyed a flatbread and it was really good, a little on the crispy side. my burger was also good, nothing special, regular good tasting burger.the service is a little hectic. all the servers were nice but it seems a little chaotic for them. they have a lot of tables per server so they're attending a lot of people at the same time.it's really loud here. there was a live band playing music. this is a great spot to come with a group of friends or for a first date.

Nice venue. Problem is there is limited selection for vegetarians The chicken pot pie was too salty for my taste I will go back again and try something different.

The salmon and risotto was excellent, and the barbacoa street tacos were also very good.

This place was recommended by our hotel and my daughter who lives locally. Unfortunately no drinks or wine as we were going to a play. Our server, Ryan N. Was good and we talked about different bourbons. I had the chicken pot pie and my husband had a M burger with lotssss of fries. Both were good, but just a little pricey. Loved the atmosphere and will hopefully come back again as we live out of town.

This place is a hidden gem. Wow! The atmosphere perfect, the service outstanding. And the food, I had the Roma Baked Salmon, and my wife had the chicken pot pie. She said the chicken was good the crust perfect, the salmon mind blowing. The Bread Pudding was second to none. I am so glad we found M on High, we will be going back soon.

We had a fantastic event here on their gorgeous patio. They put together a delicious buffet and could not have been more accommodating in helping us put together a beautiful and very successful dinner event. Our guests were overwhelmed with the food, the wine and the lovely garden setting. If you're in Ventura County, this should be your hang. It's a gem.

Had an early dinner after a show at the theater down the street. Secured reservations for 5:15 and showed up a few minutes early. The only bit of awkwardness was the front desk reception area quickly filled with people who had reservations, and although the restaurant was empty since it just opened, it took a while to get people seated. Everyone was kind of milling about looking at all those empty tables. But once seated, had excellent service and out of this world food. Our chosen meals, the short ribs, and the pork medallions were perfectly done, and of such high quality that we remarked that it was one of the best meals we have had in a long time. Our waitress checked frequently and the young lady filling water even more frequently. Maybe too frequently, but who’s to complain about that. Remarkably, even though it is one big room, (and then a patio outside)— the interior, big room was remarkably quiet, even when it was filling up with diners . It was great to have a restaurant that is not loud so that you enjoy the atmosphere and your food and conversation.Parking: Lots of street parking

The service was great The food was okay. My Pork was slightly overcooked and the Calamari appetizer was too heavily breaded. I’ll certainly try them again.
