Had the worst experience ever here and will not be returning. My husband went in over a month ago to reserve the back room he originally booked it for 5pm, I then went in 2weeks later to change the time to 6pm no problem. We showed up with our family last week and this man who claims to be a supervisor (no manager on staff) was arguing with us stating we didn't book it. Told us to use the other tables. Asked him reason why and didn't have an answer for it and he would talk back rudely. If that room wasn't being used, not sure why it's such a problem. Then walks back to ask the employee making the pizza if it's ok to use the room. If you call yourself a supervisor then why are you asking your staff? He then said yes after throwing such a fit over nothing. If they don't allow use of this room they should've have said something before & we could've booked our dinner somewhere else. We had an important family gathering as to why we wanted this room and wanted some sort of privacy. Anyway I had called an hour before to place the large food order which also include the family salad tray. The man insists that we didn't order that while trying to shove the receipt in my face trying to prove it's not on there. I told him yes the person on the phone repeated the order and gave me the total. He then says that they're out of trays which is why they couldn't make it. He should've said that in the beginning instead of trying to make me look stupid by waving the paper right in my face. We then added beer to our order and he got more annoyed and very rudely asked for everyone to get out their IDs. I get that that's what they need to do but you could be kind and ask in a nicer way. At that point my brother in law asked him why does he have to be so rude. If you don't like your job and need to take it out on people maybe you should go somewhere else that makes you happy.

Poor customer service and dirty tables. Place is empty deserted not busy at all yet the worker just sit around. Can we please get a toppers to come in and take over.

CAUTION !!!! careful when eating at pizza man dans in moorpark !!! we went there last night and a cockroach ran right across us as we were paying. we told the guy at the register and all he did was grab it and threw it on the floor !!!! eat their with caution!!!! when you see 1 cockroach you know their are plenty more

If you want crispy wings, delicious bar salad, amazing pizza, and scrumptious calzones this is your spot. The staff is amazing and the place is always in pristine condition. The ambient is perfect for families and they have big TVs where you can watch games. My family and I had celebrated birthday parties there and our guests loved the place, I can rate them a 10 out of 10.

Always the best deep dish in town. The staff here is great and we enjoy having our company meetings here for some amazing pizza and wings. Don't forget to get on the salad bar.

Over priced and poor quality. I can understand why the place was totally empty at 7PM. Thin crust paper thin, heavy on the tomato paste (not good) with a LITTLE bit of cheese. My wife and I love pizza but she could barely make it through one slice. I managed two. However the salad bar was pretty decent. After leaving we went home and made soup and sandwiches. Do yourself a favor and pass on Pizza Man Dan.

I ordered a cheese pizza and my son was confused because the pizza was not a perfect circle. Many pieces were sticking out of the circle being too long and some were too short. Also every piece looked individually cut in different shapes and sizes almost as if someone had taken each slice from a different pizza and created this one! Plus there was a hole in the middle of the pizza meaning the slices didn't even align to make a circle in the first place. Probably not going to order another pizza from this location.

Great quality for what you pay, they always have coupons for a large pizza. I just wish you could order pastrami on the pizza, not just the sandwiches.

We were having a party at Underwood Family Farms and the pizza place we called close by refused to deliver there even though they were in their delivery zone. The person who worked at underwood farms recommended Pizza Man Dans. They were able to accommodate the big order last minute, get it there on time, and the pizza was DELICIOUS. We were so grateful and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. We did both the thin and thick crusts. The kids loved the thin crust while most of the adults preferred the thick crust. Great pizza and great customer service!
This is only regarding pick up. They only have 1 cashier, so even though you call and order ahead you have to wait in a huge line just to pay and get your pizza. When you are trying to order ahead and get home with a toddler (or even just hungry) it's not worth it. Toppers has an order line and a pick up line...how it should be. We've done this a few times and will not be ordering here again.

First Visit (angry)... Ordered 2 slices. After 30 minutes, I inquired about my order. Young guy with colored hair at counter rudely told me that my order is in the system and that I'll just have to wait. They are busy and staff is hustling, but I cannot accept the rudeness!!! It's been 40 minutes....

Pizza was really good! They have a great gluten free crust ?I wish I could give 5 stars but the guy that helped us at the front was an absolute jerk! So rude. Ripping the receipts and not even kidding almost hitting our face with them the way he handed them to us.He was just so so rude, no one said anything when we walked in, we sat on the chairs and no one helped us even though our pick up order was ready.The guy that helped us looked like he had pink hair (was 4:30 Saturday October 7th 2023).Again, pizza was great service was TERRIBLE.

I like pizza man Dan's Pizza especially since they make one with a pesto sauce! However tonight when my husband came home with our pizza a slice was missing out of it. It wasn't like the pizza just shifted it actually was a missing slice. I hope whoever ate it enjoyed it-do you take out a slice of every Pizza until you have a whole one of your own!!! I hope this gets passed along to whoever did it! BUMMED CUSTOMER!!!
