This was the straw that broke the camel’s back DONE with home delivery meals that cost so much, not counting tip for delivery. A drink was suppose to come with the shrimp meal but was missing..no type of quality control by these workers that will be making $20 hr..Done..will eat a grill cheese or tuna sandwich at home.

I love Popeyes chicken and I stop at this location probably once a month or so. I ordered pick up today because I got an email saying if I spent more than five dollars I would get two free pieces. when I arrived after paying for a $32 meal and asked if they had included my two free pieces. The manager looked at me like I was crazy even though I showed her the email from Popeyes, probably won't be back to this location.

Got attitude from drive thru worker when I decided to order a specific item. I told I then it was no problem to wait he said it take 3-5 minutes 20 minutes later I get my food starving I assume they did there job bagging all my food as they took their time with it so I head on home to eat. And right when I open my bag I’m missing items and I try to call multiple times to no answer if anyone would like to contact me I’d be more than happy to speak with someone

Maribella, who said she was a manager has a really bad attitude. i went through the drive through, at the window i told her i was placing an order online and if i could pick up through the drive though or if i had to go inside and she said there was fine so i moved foward. at the window, she wasn't friendly, i told her i didn't order a sweet tea but it didn't give me the option to order another drink. As i was telling her that she walked away to look at the reciept of what i had ordered. she came back and i asked her what drinks they had and she gave me a coke. i asked to speak to a manager and she smile and said i'm one of them. i asked to speak to another manager and she said her name was MARINA, and that she wasn't there. i said ok, can i have a ranch and a bbq, and she said we charge for those, and i said that's fine. She gave me my last items and i said thank you have a nice day and she just looked at me, and i said that's what you're suppose to say. Maribella if you don't like your job or don't have the energy to be there today, don't be ugly to people who choose to go eat there. I was polite to you from the start and you chose to leave me with a bad impression of your store.

I had some guy by the name Angel helping me out at the counter and he was really respectful and patient with me and overall a great worker. He helped me decide what to get and guided me. He also was very kind when I asked for different dips. The food was amazing and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I believe this young man deserves a raise for how good of a worker he is.

Normally love Popeyes, but this was not a good visit. Ordered on the app to pick up in the drive thru. "That's everything" as they handed me the bag.- They didn't put in any of the sauces that I chose in the app. My drink was missing. The beans and rice had a sour after taste, like it went bad.
