I got a bacon Gouda egg sandwich and a mocha cookie crumble frappuccino. The food was prepared according to expectations. The staff were friendly and there was enough room for me to sit outside.

THANK YOU ASHLEY & DAWSON! I wanted to try a new drink, Ashley was so helpful in giving her honest opinions regarding the drink. Dawson offered to make a sample for me to try. Thankful they did all that, because it would have been very disappointed if I ordered the drink! They were so friendly & personable, those are the type of employees you want representing your store. That is what I call 10/10 customer service.

At this Starbucks, you'll find a cozy ambiance with 6 outlets, an outside patio for pets and enjoying the weather, and bar seating with 3 high chairs. With 6 standard tables and a long table ideal for 8 people, it's perfect for gatherings or creative meetings. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and memorable, and there are also 2 bathrooms available for convenience.P.S. If you prefer a quieter atmosphere, consider visiting after 1 pm when it's the least crowded. Peak times are typically between 6-8 am and 10-12 pm.Enjoy your time at Starbucks and make the most of your coffee adventures!

Nice staffs and baristasCozy interior and lots of small tables - great to study, read, work with a laptop.They served a free trial of dragon mango while I was sipping a coffee.It tasted sweet and delicious. Great for summer ?Good location at fwy 118.Easy to use a restroom as well.Highly recommendedParking: Enough outside parking space in front of the store.

Everything here is great, except they keep the temperature of the store so cold that I can't stay long, which would make a world of difference if I could. Sometimes I need to escape from my kids and get some work done for an hour or two or sometimes I want to take my kids there to read or play games but it's too cold.

I don't normally drinks Starbucks but today was definitely a pick me up kinda day so I stopped by Starbucks on my way to work; I wasn't sure what to order but I wanted 3 shots of espresso so I asked the cashier at the front. At first I ordered the vanilla oatmilk espresso but then I asked which one they thought was better & they recommended the brown sugar oat milk espresso, & asked the others working what they thought was better. I haven't even tried my drink yet but let me just say the second I walked into that store, the vibe was so welcoming and homey. It was pretty busy, there were a bunch of ready for pick up drinks perfectly set up & to the left there was a big group of elders who seemed to be regulars & all met there on the regular for coffee and good times. The staff was so sweet, extremely nice, & very lovely. I'll definitely be back, not just for the coffee but the energy they give off ! Cheers !! P.S the drink was absolutely delish ! Made with love & may even be my new favorite ;)

So I went here 3 times now and every time, they get myOrder wrong. When I was ordering, it seemed like I was annoying the lady. They never call out my order. So unless you stand by the order pick up, you may not know it's ready. I got the drink and they forgot the mocha drizzle. I went to the counter to try and ask them if they can just add some. The same lady kept ignoring me after I tried to ask 3 times. The last time she got close to me was when she dropped off drinks on the counter and she totally ignored me asking.

So the one and only person that seems to have a problem with me is “Dillon”? I noticed a few other negative reviews regarding him as well but not surprised. Everyone there has been super friendly and professional since I’ve been coming here with the exception of Dillon. Most of the time when I come to the register for him to take my order he doesn’t even greet me…no words at all, I have to just tell him my order and be on my way. Today was the 3rd time he got my coffee wrong and starting to believe it’s on purpose. I ALWAYS get “iced” coffee and I am very clear giving my order and he still orders it hot. one other girl there is kinda the same but at this point I could care less. Kelsey and literally everyone else there has been amazing. So they are the reason I will continue to get my breakfast here but I have done nothing to deserve negative treatment from the two people I have had bad experiences with. I just wish they could be more like all the other amazing people there who get my orders right and just be respectful and friendly
