After this review, I was contacted by Starbucks management and they were able to rectify and give me the points I would’ve earned if I went to Starbucks that does grant points. It may be a Starbucks kiosk but it is single handedly the best Starbucks in Ventura County. Christine, Rachel, Brea, and the entire barista staff gives amazing and friendly service. And when they make the drinks, the drinks have a flavor. I've been to some Starbucks where the drinks taste overly watered down and flavorless. I went in this morning for a quick breakfast while my house was being worked on and was witness to the three employees working there talking bad about another employee. Now workplace conversation is understandable but talking bad about someone else working in the establishment while around customers is extremely unprofessional and rude and certainly diminished my experience.
