They are not fast at all! Super slow! I waited at least 10 minutes for me to get my two drinks. I got a pistachio Frappuccino and a Java Chip Frappuccino. They were no extra Java chips in my drink. As for the pistachio Frappuccino it was watery and not cold. Worst pistachio I've ever had

For about a year I relied on Starbucks to survive lol and while I haven't been in months, I realized I never made a review. All the staff here from the Collins location is so friendly and fast!

Staff is friendly, but I will not use the star promotions. Starbucks offered 100 stars to buy 3 items, (latte, mocha and breakfast item) I received credit for latte, but not the chocolate croissant. I told the associate I was participating in the offer. He should of told me the the croissant was not considered a breakfast item. I would have spent the money or changed my order. I'm not going to spend another $13 dollars to earn the stars. The promotions are a rip off!!! The employees need to be aware of the promotions and clarify them!!

Yelp censors are at it again, so I can't provide you with all of the details to make this a complete, factual review. So this generalized one will have to do. Suffice it to say that apparently the manager at this store read several of the reviews (before they got removed by Yelp) about the store decorations and fixed that problem.I'm editing this review and adding 2 stars, because the store is improving and making a genuine effort. I really appreciate that.This Starbucks near the college in Moorpark has poor drink quality. The sweetened drinks are sticky, sugary sweet and the unsweetened drinks are too bitter. Many of the teas are too weak and watered down. The drive-up is one of the worst I've ever experienced. The electronic board doesn't usually display your order, so you can't visually confirm it, and the person taking the orders often gets it wrong, because the speaker/microphone quality is so bad. However the attendants are always friendly and patient with the customers, despite the poor communication system they're stuck with. Just make sure you check your order before you drive away.The drive up line is poorly engineered and designed, so during certain times of the day, they block the primary entrance with traffic cones and route you through the parking lot.On my last order here, they forgot to give me my Starbucks gift card back, however they did make it right, by looking for the lost card and eventually replacing it, so I'm back to square one again.The music at this store is some kind of quasi-weird light pop-fusion crap. I never recognize any of the songs, and frankly it's just annoying. I tend to believe they play it because it's free original stuff from unknown artists, that Starbucks doesn't have to pay royalties on. It would be better if they just turned it off... Starbucks used to play great music by well-known artists. I'm not sure what happened.One thing that absolutely cannot be faulted at this location is the staff. They are friendly, courteous, attentive and professional.
