Taco Bell seems to get slightly worse every year. They have dropped many of our favorite menu items. And of course, like everywhere, their prices have gone up significantly.I think we're mostly done with Taco Bell these days, And are searching for another similar fast food chain.

Woah, brought my family here to eat a late lunch and went to the goodwill. Went back to Taco Bell afterwards and asked for a small cup of water to make my 10 month old a bottle of milk. The guy said he can't give me the water. I asked why and he said he just can't and I told him we just ate there and after giving him a shocked response he finally gave me the water but this wasn't the first time your customer service was very rude to me for asking for a water and every time we bought and ate food here. These entitled kids need to learn manners. No one should be rude to paying customers let alone people at all. I believe management is behind this attitude problem. Not coming back here ever again and gonna share my story with all my friends.

I would like to Compliment Manuela, Ingrid, Carmen, Fernando for Excellent Customer Service, Friendly, Welcoming, Very Thorough, they are a Amazing Team! They always repeat my order at the drive thru window to make sure it’s correct my order is always correct when I get home from the drive thru. I will always return and be a customer to this location in Moorpark Calif. because of this Specific Team! This Team deserves to be Acknowledge for there Amazing Service if I could give them a 100 Stars I would! Thank You to Management for training this Team to be the Best Employee’s! Taco Bell app is crappy. First time ordering today. Status changed from preparing order to order is ready and to go to the pick up window. When we got there, the drive thru person said they don't have my order and they can't do anything. My husband went inside and brought my order receipt. They told him that the order just came in late and they gave it to him. I ordered some customized items since we don't like beans, sour cream and what-not. Nothing had been customized at all. All wrong. Such a bad way to start our day.

They have a tendency to forget items in orders and demand you serve yourself at the kiosk. They have made ordering impersonal and sometimes very difficult. Where is customer service going???? I don't always want to drive through.

On a rush day and hungry I decide to order a breakfast burrito take out and while I’m driving to side job I was eating until i got closed to the hills and look to what I was eating about half of the burrito ,,, I can’t believe they were maggots in the burrito.. it was sitting in the middle of my compartment front sits and they were climbing around the and inside the burrito… I thought my eyes lie to me but when o arrive meeting my client we confirm this. Me and my client saw inside the burrito open it and they were no one many maggots inside.. I eat them… I record a video of this and calm the store manger me was not helpful at all and when I took it back to the store stuffs did their job and manager supposed to get back to me to apologize this situation and even said the district manager was supposed to call but it’s been 2 months and no sign of apology.. I don’t like to make a big travel and don’t like to give bad reviews but this is not acceptable.So please be aware of this place with their food. I send the video to the store manager and until today not an apology.

This is the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. The food is incredible. The service is quick. The atmosphere is nice. I've been to other locations and they are not nearly as great as this one. They use larger tortillas and a greater amount of ingredients. I love this place! I recommend going here if you want the best Taco Bell experience possible.
