As much as I dislike the Simi Valley BWW, you’re better off going there. The food was unreasonably greasy and the fries were not good at all. They’re unseasoned, unsalted, overcooked, and overall a far cry from the photos they have on the posters.

I ordered online about a month ago. The online system took my order and I proceeded to the store. The doors are locked and the store is closed, even though it was normal business hours I went to eat next-door instead I came back afterwards to find the store open and try and get a refund for my online order. The manager took a photo of my order number And said I'd be reimbursed in a few days. Of course, a week goes by and no refund. I sent a complaint to the corporate website and no refund. I went back again to speak to the same manager and he did the same thing and said it would take about 7-8 days. . As of today, I have still not received my refund, the store ripped me off and corporate is no help. Do not go to the store. It is poorly run and they rip you off. Wingstop is a horrible company.

Never picks up their phone once you order online. Multiple times has the order incorrect… since they do not pick up the phone they can not correct the issue.

I placed an online order to be picked up at approximately 12:15pm. When I arrived the store doors were locked and multiple other people were standing outside waiting to pick up there online orders. No one was at the store and they are supposed to open at 11:00am. I attempted to call the phone number and no one picked up. I tried calling multiple times for the next couple of hours to try o get a refund and no one answers the phone and Corporate does not have a number available to call. This is is some BS........

By far one of the cleanest restaurants I've ever been too. Everyone is so nice and polite. The service is quick and the food is fresh. Stephanie and Sandra are the sweetest! Really enjoyed my time here !

Food was fantastic But unfortunately our service was terrible. We ordered online and upon arrival they had not received our order. We had to show them our proof of confirmation email and they said it would be ready within 5 to 10 minutes. Went back in 10 minutes They said it would be another 5 minutes all together it took about 40 minutes to get our food. They couldn't get it together and then they forget part of our order. So we had to wait even longer.
