The food was okay. The brisket was new to me and it was really good with the bbq sauce. I also liked the steak it is very juicy and delicious. The mac and cheese was really good it has an amazing taste. A must !! The loaded potato was okay but I am not a fan of it. The sweet potato fries are amazing also a must! The service started off rocky because they randomly switched our server and we felt lost since it was our first time here. In the end our server was really kind and got us refills every time we were low on our drinks. There is multiple pictures of cows hung on the wall! The lighting is really dark. Not a huge deal breaker though the food was good! We paid about 92 for what we got.

The Moorpark establishment has slow and unfriendly staff. Not impressed with most dishes. Their hamburgers are probably their best dish since it's generally big and juicy. Chicken had been dry.

Food service the sweet smell of the barbecue is the best. I love the mashed potatoes with brisket. The hot barbecue cherry flavored is the best ever. We always eat there for special occasions.

Woodranch has always been a staple in our food/restaurant selection. We go in the restaurant to eat and also do family style to go orders. The selection of meats and salads are great. The side dishes are always delicious. We have also gone for Happy Hour. Delicious bar drinks and beer. We like to sit in the bar area and the service both in the bar and the main dining room is always fast and friendly. The baby back ribs are mouth watering. We also love the selection of sliders. It is a warm and comfortable dining experience.

Always have good experience here. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is constantly good. Would have given 5 stars but prices are up and portion size down.

This is a picture of the slimy lettuce that was in my Natalie's Salad last night. Poor attention to detail in the kitchen and this was not the first time I've been served old lettuce at this location. Very disappointing.

Good reliable barbeque. Pleasant efficient service. Relaxing low light ambience. Parking lot.

This is a great option when ordering for a large dinner group. It was easy, good Portions, and the chicken breast is great. The variety of sides is great becuase there is something for everyone and easy to share and try a little of everything. The desserts, unfortunately, were not as great as I remembered. We ordered the Butter Cake, Brownie, and the cobbler. They were fine, but a little dry and flakey. Overall it's a good take out option if you don't feel like cooking dinner!

This is a good place to bring a family when you need to appease different appetites and preferences.

We just had a good lunch at Wood Ranch. We've been here many times and have never been disappointed. Our visit today was made even better by the excellent service provided by our server, Jade. She anticipated our every need and was prompt and pleasant with her service. Thank you for a great lunch.

We've eaten here many times/ mostly pickup orders. The foot can be somewhat hit or miss and this evening the chicken we got was very charred. Things I've enjoyed pretty consistently: veggie burger, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes. I'm sure we'll be back after a break. They seemed very busy so it must have just been a rushed night.

I could not me more disappointed in Wood ranch. We've frequented this place so many times, both in person and ordered. Wanted to treat my kids tonight. Placed an order before 5pm only for it to not even be READY until after 6:30pm for pick up! My two little kids- 4 and 2 are literally STARVING and now are getting dinner when they should have been getting pajamas on. Def not going back ever again after this. There was ZERO apology or acknowledgement: we literally ordered THREE things. A burger, salmon, and a kids cheeseburger ... ZERO need for it to take 90 effing minutes to make.

Not a restaurant, not really. On the good side, very clean, tidy, quick service and very, very nice servers. The food came out quick--too quick as it had not really be cooked. Broccoli--raw and, room temp--no kidding. Sent it back and got "steamed" broccoli the next time; it too was raw, and room temp. The baked potato was (you guessed it) room temp, could not even melt the soft butter they provided. The "tri-tip"? Yep, room temp; the nice young woman who served us said, when I mentioned "medium rare" said "well, we can't do that, as it is already cooked (slow roasted--you know, to be tender). It was tough enough that it "powdered" when you (tried) to cut it. Unbelievable. Now, as to the higher end meats--Sirloin, Rib Eye and Fillet--I can't comment--was it too a pre-prepared "log" like I had? No way to know, and I am sure not going to find out, after all, this isn't even a restaurant. Was anything good? Well, the dinner rolls were soft and nice--frozen and thawed? I don't know, if they were THAT is ok as they were good. My guess though? I can't imagine anyone baking bread--or buying fresh baked bread--that is just a hunch though.

Came in on a Sunday afternoon and they were pretty busy. We had a large group and they were able to accommodate us in the bar area which was great. I went with an all American bbq tri tip sandwich. I think that's what it was called. There was another one with cheese but that sounded strange haha. My sandwich was pretty good just could have used small amount of sauce. The beer went down all the same so I can't complain. Plenty of parking and space inside if it's not all full haha. Everything looked good that the people around me got so I'd be comfortable eating whatever. Oh ya the bred at the start is ridiculous. Try not to eat two baskets.
