First time we dined in here the service was absolutely amazing but I don't know what changed tonight. She didn't even get everything we ordered which we verified with the receipt wondering why our boil was so small so we had to order more. She barely came up to us we had to flag her down just for that. and then when we asked to go she just tossed the bags on the table. From what I remembered last time they packaged our boil for us. When we finally packaged it ourselves then she had the nerve to approach us with the bill laughing saying she was "just about" to ask us if we needed help. I'm a server myself I know the work you have to put in for a tip.... It's not that hard to take care of your guests and make sure their experience is happy. The food was great but the service could use some work.

My first time i wasn't sure of the sauce, but my second third fourth and everytime after i actually prefer their sauce now lol i really love it ! And might be unrelated but their soda is perfect lol i hate when peoples soda machines taste like they haven't washed the nozzles & not enough syrup or carbonation. Anyways super good!

The food was amazing got shrimp and a dungeon crab, the service was good but I do think I got a new waitress cuz she double charged me but it was fixed.the restaurant it's self has the entrance situated weirdly but very clean and great decor with great ambiance.

The food lacked flavor, and the manager's customer service skills were poor; he was rude and sarcastic. We ordered catfish, fries, and gumbo, but the gumbo had a gravy consistency with no rice or chicken, just vegetables, and the catfish tasted like grease. Additionally, the fries were undercooked. After calling for a refund, they initially agreed, but upon returning, the manager refused, claiming they remain the food. Despite the cold food upon our return. When questioned about the refund policy, the manager responded sarcastically, “ I can write it down for you if you like”. Ultimately, we had to switch our order, and the manager dominated the conversation. While prices were reasonable, the poor quality of food and customer service was disappointing.

Place deserves a higher rating. We stumbled into this place because we were craving crab. Kicking crab didn’t open yet and to our delight, we were just in time for happy hour. From the top to bottom, the place was great. The specials send big bag of seafood for $42-$48 and the sides were so good. 12-3pm is happy hour so you get a small discount on appetizers and such. Overall, really happy to have come here. Their hot and house spices/ sauce were so good. Ate a ton. The crab was cooked perfectly and the potatoes

My boyfriend and I tried Alaska carb about a year ago. And now this is our go to spot whenever we want seafood/ a seafood broil. Our go to is the Thursday meal with a little bit extra sausage and potatos. That's one thing that's really cool about this restaurant, they have a section in the menu that is for certain days of the weeks but you are able to pick a Thursday meal even if it's a Sunday or any other day. The food is super juicy and moist. They give you all the supplies needed for cracking open some crab and you don't even have to ask. We also tried some appetizers and we do really enjoy the Cajun fries. I havent fully tried the menu just yet but my boyfriend has tried the some sushi and he does highly recommend it as well.
The quality of the food is not good. Not many sauces or spice levels to choose from. We ordered some wings on the side and the chicken was pink.

Seafood sauce was delicious. Catfish need seasoning but good, wings decent. Sports bar theme type of restaurant. We spilled a glass of water, waitress should have sat us at another table but didn't that's why I gave 3 stars. Also, every time I asked about an item she replied "I'm paid to yes". Love the cute to go bags.
