This is the 2nd time im trying to talk to the manager about their catering service.Ahh its so annoying that when i go they either gone for the day. And only their in the mornings. You know people have daily necessities such as a job like me. Which i cant go while working. But when i go on my time their not there. & the people servicing ice cream dont know anything about the catering service. So unprofessional.I guess ill go with Kona or Cold stone.NOBODY ANsWERS My Questions.

This location it’s my favorite they are always polite and it’s always clean my only complaint it’s they don’t turn on their ac it’s hot in there can really enjoy eating my ice-cream in there .

Has the flavors I want, i.e. Oreo Cold Brew and Jamoaca Almond Fudge.One time, they had Cookie Monster flavor. It tasted delicious!I highly suggest getting Mocha Cappuccino Blast with 2 scoops of mix ice creamFriendly teen workers. Tip them! They deserve it!

Emily waited on us and I ordered 1 scoops of triple mango and one cherries jubilee. She told about ice cream beach something. She gave me a sample. I told her that tasted really good and I wanted that. I still wanted my scoops but she offered a kids scoop. My ice cream is delicious! She was very sweet and helpful. Emily has exceptional customer service!

Been to this place twice and both time I was there for over 45 mins (not exaggerating) when there was only two or 3 customers in front of me and it's not due to large orders. This time the employee worked slower than a turtle and another employee was just organizing things. Avoid this one and go to another location. I for one am done with Baskin Robbins in general. Never again.

So the employees here decided to close 30 minutes early, google listing says open until 9:30pmSign on the door says open until 9:30pmThe open sign was on, and there 2 employees working the gestured that they were closed. I pointed to the sign and said “sign says 9:30pm” they just kept gesturing that they are closed.If you don’t like your job then just quit.

The ice cream here is very delicious but the customer service is not great or good. I was in line in front of some person and one of the employees went straight to the person behind me. They even looked at me but ignored me until the person behind me got their order! That's absolutely absurd! You should train your employees better than that.
