I really want to like this sandwich shop. They need to work on their skills at following orders. The first time I was given a totally different sandwich and didn’t know until I was already at home and had to drive all the way back and wait for a replacement. The second time my sandwich had all the things I asked to be held. Then I had to wait 15 mins for a new sandwich. Not sure I will be back.

Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 was because the food was somewhat decent. The service on the other hand was the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life. I had mobile ordered a 130$+ order, and they gave away the food to someone else, who showed no proof that they were me. Then the workers doubted me and MADE ME SHOW PROOF OF THE ORDER. Then they made me wait outside in the cold for 30 minutes to remake the order, (at least let me wait inside) and didn’t even give me anything to make up for their mistake, and wasting my time, and on top of that they messed up one of my sandwiches. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy. That’s how bad the service was.

Best cheese steaks in town. Their Bobbie sandwich is like thanksgiving dinner on a roll.they roast their own turkey on site.Good food!

For a chain this was pretty good! Good selection of different meats like wagyu and cheesesteak but I opted for the grilled Italian. I added jalapeños as well for another kick! Restaurant was clean and workers were welcoming. Would come back and try the other hot sandos.
First time trying this place got a cheesesteak it was actually pretty good i will try the pastrami next time it was a little pricey but it was worth it cooked fresh and again had good taste

Wow! That's honestly all we could say when we left. Both Chandler and Jordan were great! They allowed us to take our time going over the menu and deciding what we wanted. Both sandwiches were delicious. We had a grilled Italian and the American wagyu cheesesteak with hot peppers. The coleslaw was also very good. They answered our questions with patience which isn't found very often these days. Thank you both for the great customer service. We will be back again!

Absolutely amazing sandwiches, super fresh!.. very clean place and great service!My favorite is the Bobby!... I love their salads as well.. great soup too!

Really enjoyed this location. Food is consistent to any Capriottis I have been to. Dined in for the lunch rush. What stood out was the customer service. The young man who took my order seemed to enjoy his job being very informative and courteous. The lady working there also was very courteous checking on us to see if everything was okay. I really appreciate this type of service in a day and age where that is not always the case.

The food is great but the service stops me from coming back often. This time they forgot my 3 orders of Cookies. I called for a refund but they put me on hold for so long I Finally hung up. I guess I’m just out $6 :( I’ll give it a few months and give them another shot to see if the service improves.
