Fresh lettuce and tomato. Not limp.. grilled burger was too small but good flavor.. bun was nice and plump.. French fries were fresh hot and delicious.. they actually make your food with decent ingredients when you order...Pretty much what a burger should

The only Carl's in the inland empire that charges for a side a jalapenos and can't answer why!!!
This Carls Jr is forever Messing up orders and they continue to make customers feel wrong when they don't communicate or have enough trained staff . I believe the Store Manager needs to address this store because when they're not there the store isn't ran correctly making this location lose valued customers . I recently left there and probably will never go back to this Carls Jr again after tonight. I was telling them my order and they kept repeating to me " Is That it " that's very rude . I then receive one bag filled with 6 orders ! Not to say the least but all of my food was smashed in there ! I'm all for saving a tree but come on now ! Then they forgot to give me a burger and while they were asking me " Is that it " they missed my burger ! My drinks were flat as if they hadn't changed the BIBs in weeks ! Not to say the least they forgot my child's toy the one thing kids look forward to more than the meal themselves!! If you ever run into this worker named Marvelyne H be prepared for bad service and someone try's to make you sound like the one wrong when they're incapable of running a fast food restaurant without the Store manager being there to clean up the mistakes that take place while she's in charged . Avoid this Carls Jr at all cost there's a Wendy's across the street that always goes above and beyond to make your food and services special!

The restaurant was out of many items. There were no Criscut fries, out of ranch, out of ketchup packets, out of Powerade, and this made employees seem short tempered. I have been to the restaurant recently and they didn’t add tomato or lettuce to my sandwich and it may be that we were out. The prices are not low enough to be out of stock or making so many errors. This causes stress to the employees and you can see they were all annoyed, having to tell me that they were out of item. Yet, they weren’t able to seem empathetic to the situation at all.
