So I just left at 7:20 they told me I couldn't order there fries the old school fries it's Monday and it's not supposed to close till 8 she was rude telling me that they are only doing drinksand fries but when I asked for the old-school fries told me no 40 minutes before closing time

I ordered a large cheesesteak, a regular cheesesteak, and an order of fries... when I received the order, the bag had a large cheesesteak, a regular CHICKEN cheesesteak, and NO FRIES... When I called them, they said they could remake the order but that I WOULD HAVE TO PICK IT UP or contact Ubereats for a refund...Why the heck would I pick up something when I asked for delivery? smh..

Let's just say the name is welcomed to bring cheese steaks of all sorts. I would recommend downloading the app, they had a discount card that is now discontinued because of their popularity. But saving on your cheese steaks through the app is a win win. Must try one of everything..

The food was WAY over priced for the quality. When you pay almost 20 dollars for a meal and you cannot get ranch because you have to pay 50 cent's additionally is ABSURD. Disappointed in the food and customer service. This chain should really work on better pricing for customer.

Who knew I’d find the best Philly sandwich in Moreno Valley at the mall. It was nice. My wife was able to get something else and I was able to get a sandwich. I like this place I would recommend it and I will be back. It was quick convenient and the staff was very helpful and had everything that we needed ready for us.

I will never be eating here again. I contracted E Coli from my food (the only food i ate that day was from here) and ended up in the emergency room and diagnosed with a VERY painful kidney infection. my friends who ate there with me also contracted the bateria. Avoid this place if your looking to eat at the Moreno Valley Mall. They CLEARLY have zero regard for food safety, and I've already reported them to the health department.

Had the Philly with the loaded fries. The food was really good. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. I got $5 off using the ap, so the price for that meal was great. The atmosphere is sad though. Not of the restaurant itself, but the mall itself. The mall has lost its pizazz. It's a badic food court setting. It was clean and spacious. There were security guards making sure everything was OK. There were kids riding the electric animal cars and having fun. That made it a little nicer to enjoy.
