I love Chili's because they have some really good food but the service is clearly lacking. I am always missing food from my orders or something is messed up and tonight was no different. I understand it gets busy but they need to be more careful when packing up the orders. Make sure everything is there and it's the correct order. Please pay a little more attention to detail. I will continue to support your restaurant because I really enjoy the Honey Chipotle Crispers as well as a number of other entrees. I just hope my next visit will go smoothly.

The bartender/server came over took our drink order left and never saw her again. Just someone came a few minutes later and set our drinks down, then another someone came and sat our food down. End of human contact in this Chili's. Very disappointing considering where I live, our Chili's takes great pride in customer care.

Only issue I have is the the booths are extremely too close. When the person that is behind you move , you move as well..it's like a kid kicking the back seat.

I love ❤️ the food from here, the best restaurant ever. My favorite meal from Chili's is the smoked house combo since it has barbecue rips, fries?, chicken crispers, Mexican street corn, & garlic toast. I like the strawberry ? lemonade. My favorite dessert ? is the chocolate ? molten lava cake ?. The chocolate molten lava cake is the dessert ever.

Good food. Service was kind of slow, there was only one waitress for bar area. Everything was as good as always. Still upset no more original chicken crispers. This is like the only issue I have with Chili's. I boycotted for awhile but got over it. Forgive but never forget.
