My family has been coming to this location for five years now, and it's always been great, but today that we when to celebrate my son's birthday the service was so bad that I think this will be the last time we celebrate any of our kids birthday here. First our food took almost one hour, second our order of wings was incomplete, we told the clerk, he said that they will give us everything in a little while he gave us one of the timers they give everyone. Mine you that there where only four other families at the time this happened. So two hours pass they never called our timer to give us the rest of our order. We get ready to leave, but went to tell the clerk that they never gave us the rest of our food he said if we wanted to talk to the manager we said yes. Finally we talked to the manager and told her what the problem was, she simply said ( so what do you want me to do I wasn't her when you order your food) we told her that the clerk knows about the problem because he was the one that took the order and the one we complained right away that the order was not complete, she said she didn't know what to do, I don't think a person that doesn't know what to do should be a manager of a restaurant, almost forgot the young man that was cooking the food had long hair to his shoulders and didn't have a hair net,and this didn't seem to matter to the supposed manager.

Cleaner than I expected, only a very few games were out of service. Food was done fast, and there was a worker cleaning constantly. Recommend ?Kid-friendliness: They have a nice trampoline area.

Chucky cheese is overpriced. The guy taking my other didn't even offer specials or anything. I pay 70 dollars for one medium pizza wings and salad 3 drinks. Crazy I should have gone to a good restaurant. Not worth the money.

I have been waiting in the reception for over 15 minutes no one bothered to serve us which make me go inside and ask member of the staff to help us he ignored me as he doesn’t care also there is no staff to check if the people leaving the building with the kids are the actual parents this place very unsafe for our kids please don’t go there for you kids safety
When passing the card in the games it gets stuck a lot and one game the ball got stuck twice and only the credit ran out and it didn't work, some games didn't even have balls, the atmosphere was very good,

We’ve been to many Chuck & Cheese’s in the past. By Moreno Valley’s restaurant has been the cleanest and the Customer service was amazing from start to finish. We will definitely come back here from here on out!!Kid-friendliness: Good atmosphere for kids. We are coming back.

Take it for a grain of salt, we went on Christmas Eve. Service was lame bc no one wanted to be there. No one was there but us... maybe two other couples with kids. Didn't get stamped no one was there to greet me. The stage!? Was GONE. This was my first time taking my 3.5 year old daughter bc we moved to Oregon. I was of so disappointed the mechanics were removed and replaced by tv... without sound.My daughter thought this was the best place ever, to herself? from my youth this was a huge disappointment. Food took over 40 minutes, it was just us...?but the wings??No tickets, everything digitized, this rating unfortunately doesn't affect the corporate level, but think they should close on Christmas eve, the employees were miserable and atmosphere was clean but lame without the mechanical animals. That was the BEST part back in the day.
